Friday August 11, 2017 was there on Thursday to obtain stool specimen containers for testing and one blood draw. Upon entering the waiting room it was 75 percent full of people this included children. I was with my 4year old grandson. All I needed to do is drop off the specimen which three were frozen. I did sign in and we sat down. A mother with 3 children asked how long it would be, the staff member woman with the light blue jacket on says we are busy you will have to wait. In the mean time we sat for 5 minutes no personnel came to the counter to check the sign in sheet. When a staffer male came yo the front he called the next name from the sheet the mother and he 3 children left. I stayed that i wanted to drop this off. He did not acknowledge and walked to the left out of sight from the waiting area. 3minutes now has passed and light blue female with dark hair at the front. I once again stating I need to just dtop this brown bag off things are frozen. She states that it has to be logged into the system. I explained that it was logged in on Thursday...she says that was not true, she called me a liar. I would have to wait she walked off. I told her I will leave the bag in the counter and she said she eould put it into the trash. I became shaky, heart beating so fast I thought that was about to faint..gathered my thoughts and left the bag on the counter took my grandson by the hand and informed her thst I needed to speak to a supervisor when she redirects to me that there is no supervisors here she was it. Since ehen foes Quest allows their paid employee to supervise themselves. A woman in a dark purple smock comes out of a room looks at the teo of us going at words and she justs walks on passing us eith food in her hands saying Nothing. I left the specimen walked out the doir and called Quest Headquarters in New jersey, where she found my information updated into the computer system, advised to return and leave my bag. NEVER WILL I OR MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBERS USE THAT QUEST LAB AGAIN.

This facility is badly under-staffed and under-supplied. Be sure to make an appointment, as they take appointments before walk-ins regardless of arrival time. Even with an appointment I waited 45 minutes to be seen, but in that whole time no walk-in patients were taken at all. There were 12 people waiting to be seen when I arrived, and 9 of them were still waiting when I left. The woman sitting next to me had a 3-yr old child who spent the whole time crying "Im hungry!" She had brought her child in for a fasting glucose test the previous day, but after waiting for an hour had been turned away because the facility had **run out of needles.** They finally took her today after shed been waiting (she told me) for about 90 minutes. The staff is polite and capable, but seems too jaded to be particularly sympathetic to their patients plight.
