Really bad service, Im looking for a new lab for my mom. My mom has stage 4 cancer and ladies there have no empathy or people skills. They make it very difficult to get labs done. I once forgot work order and they werent willing to call Drs office even though there was an electronic working order. Luckily the Oncologist was near by and my mom was not alone, otherwise she wouldnt have been able to walk to get a paper work order, basically to do their job. The worst was Maria who was rude and nasty, Im not even sure if that was her real name. Ill go the extra mile not to put my mom through that again.

I had blood work done on 7/28/16, The phlebotomist inserted the needle all the way up my vein, sore and bruised, bad expirence.
