AVOID this laboratory as much as POSSIBLE!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MEDICAL ASSISTANCES. YOU CANT BLAME THEM REALLY IT LOOKS LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB FROM ALL THE CRYING CHILDREN GETTING BLOOD DRAWN. I HAD A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE THERE. I WAS SENT THERE FROM MY FUTURE EMPLOYER TO GET A PEE DRUG TEST. THE M.AS WERE BANGING ON THE RESTROOM DOOR WHEN I HADNT EVEN BEEN IN THERE 2 MINS. "I GUESS THATS THEIR POLICY". WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR BOTH M.AS START ATTACKING ME VERBALLY BECAUSE THEY SAID I OPEN THE HEAVY DOOR TOO HARD. SO THEY TAKE ME INTO ANOTHER ROOM WITH MY PEE CUP WHILE THEYRE STILL BARKING AT ME LIKE DOGS SO MY FIANCE TRIES TO ENTER THE ROOM TO SEE WHAT ALL THE FUSS IS ABOUT AND THEY SLAM ANOTHER HEAVY DOOR ON HIS FRACTURED FOOT. ONCE IN THAT ROOM WITH THE DOOR SHUT THE OVER WEIGHT LATINA M.A TELLS ME THAT SHE CAN PURPOSELY FAIL MY TEST "APPARENTLY SHE DIDNT LIKE MY RESPONSE TO HER RUDENESS" SO AS IM SIGNING AWAY 3 FORMS OF PAPERS WITHOUT EVEN READING THEM BECAUSE THIS WOMAN IS MAKING ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE THEN HIPSTER MALE M.A RUDELY AND SARCASTICALLY STARTS SAYING A PRAYER FOR ME. Omg never in my life have I been treated this way as a patient in a docs office. If I would of known the way that office is run by rude customer service I would have drove the extra miles for a different laboratory. As for my fiances foot theyre lucky were not pressing charges on them for damaging his foot all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LABORATORY!!!

I just called to ask about the hours of operation and immediately she cut me off and rudely kept interrupting what I was trying to say I was so thrown off and she was rushing me to get off the phone I forgot to even ask how much it cost for a drug test for my job.. extremely rude!

Reception doesnt care even if you mention to them you have an appointment and just make you wait for hours . Try to avoid it if you can.
