Linda and Carol were too busy talking to each other about drinks at Benihana to recognize me waiting directly in front of them for their conversation to wrap up. The receptionist, Linda, had a terrible snappy attitude and kept telling me I needed a medical card for my work-related appointment to which I told her repeatedly that weve never needed them before, even during the past year that theyve "always requested" them. Nonetheless, I had them faxed over. Later, she realized that I arrived for work, not an individual appointment, but did not apologize or recognize that she had me do extra work because she wouldnt listen when I tried to explain our situation. Linda was also checking her foot while talking to another nurse/technician who was on her cellular phone, again, continually ignoring me while I was waiting for her to roll her sock back up to get back to me. Its a service, if you cant provide, maybe you shouldnt be working with people. One star for the Linda and Carol pair.

This female hispanic nurse basically doesnt know how to take blood. She poked and prodded moving this huge needle around my left arm , trying to find my vein, and hit nerve instead which made me shout in pain. Then she went to my right arm poking and prodding but alos failed to find a vein. She then tokk a butterfly neddle, WHICH TOLD HER THE PREVIOUS NURSE USED A BUTTERFLY NEEDLE TO DRAW MY BLOOD, AND SHE DID IT ON THE FIRST TRY! But this overwieght hispanic nurse didnt hear what I was saying. She left me all bruised and in pain. I complained to the receptionist and nothing was done. Iam requesting the previous asian female nurse who did it right the first time!

very bad service. I am a nurse for drop off my patients lab tubes. The employee , her name is Anna Marie always let me wait in the line, wait for 20-40 minutes. come on, I am just want drop off, not for blood test. If I can choose, I will not come to this lab. QUEST DIAGNOSTICS please hire your employee with somebody really want to help people. health care is not just a job.

This truly is the gem of Quest! The best experienced lab personnel by far! In n out in 20 min., painless needle draws, and able to speak Chinese and Spanish. You wont regret it! Oh, almost forgot if you have little tykes, pediatrics are their specialty!! Happy New year!!!!!
