I have been to several Quest labs and found this one the best in terms of waiting time and helpfulness of the staff. I did a 2-hour glucose test and had to sit in there for 2hours. I saw patients come and go without spending a lot of time waiting in line compared to other locations. (Of course the best way is to make an appointment in advance!!) The best part is that they dont close during lunch time, so if you have a timed test (like me), this location is the best for you. I think the staff members are helpful and polite even though there are lots of patients and they are quite busy.

I arrived at this location today Monday at 9:00am and signed in. Waiting room was crowded, I decided to wait. What a mistake. After 2 hours of waiting people started approaching the woman at the counter to ask when they would be seen. This woman was so confused and did not no what she was doing. After 5 hours of waiting for a blood test I along with others left Quest. This is a second rate operation that doesnt have any idea how to process people thru their own system.

This location is great. It is the best way to go. Longest wait time with appointment was 15 min. The staff are all team players and that allows great customer service.

These ladies are awesome, Talia, Reina theyre all very professional and great at what they do. I always walk in without an appointment and in less then 45min Im out.

First time going to this location, got there at 7:30 was out at 7:45 with no appointment! I usually go to other locations near my home and the wait is usually 2 hours.

Always make an appointment, always have to wait. Even if its dead. Only reason I keep coming back is, one of the veteran nurses is awesome at drawing blood.
