fair...the nurses do their job well & are nice. but the way they run the office is very unprofessional. most of us in the waiting room commented on it amongst each other. they are not very organized and yell to the patients when theyre "up" to walk themselves through the door and yell what room to go into. when the task is complete, they yell to the front desk which seat is open. it felt like you were at home, instead of an office. I didnt mind it...was just thrown off by it. and if your doctors office does not check the proper test on the form, they treat you like it was YOUR fault. I think they just need some guidance in professionalism...they did work hard.

Ive been coming here for the last two years, and I will continue to come. I never had a problem here. Ive been to so many other places, and they could never find my veins. I have rolling veins, and when a vein rolls, they dont take the needle out, they keep trying to find the vein. So when I came to this Quest, I told them I have rolling veins, and they thank me for letting them know, so they can use a butterfly needle. They never have to do it twice:) I love this place, I dont care how long I have to wait. The workers are kind, even though some days they are under staffed, for what ever reason.....

Murphies Law

People very inep. Place opens at 5:30 but no air conditioning until after 6:00 am. Only 1 person drawing blood on a Monday morning. VERY slow.

At times they can be rude. But I have to go every 3 months. Its closer than the other Labs.
