This place is the worst office Ive ever been to. Whoever worked on Presidents Day was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. My pregnant wife had been fasting for 12 hrs before coming to this office. When we showed up for our appt. we were told we had to come back in 1 1/2 hrs for him to take his lunch. Mind you, we were there for a 3 hour long test. So not only did my PREGNANT wife have to not eat for 12hrs to prep for this test, she then had to wait another 1 1/2 to come back just to have to wait another 3hrs for the test to complete before she could eat again. Let me ask you, have you ever seen the result of a pregnant woman who hasnt eaten in over 15hrs? Come on! How is it our fault that we were not told to make the appt earlier or later to avoid this inconvenience? And on top of that we were basically ushered out of the office so that the "Doctor" can eat His lunch. This was completely unacceptable. Quest Diagnostics is lucky this was the only office open today to take this test. We have lives and jobs too, we shouldnt have to work around Your lunch schedule!

Very unfriendly and incompetent person at this location. Tried 3times to draw blood before I said thats enough and he just handed me my paperwork a with no apology and I left. Next place I went to everything went perfect and no problem as usual getting my blood. Not going back to this location again!

Incompetent staff at this location, was unable to find my standing blood test order on the computer. Offered no help to find it so, I had to leave and come back the next day after calling my Drs office to confirm the order was in the system all along.

The office was clean. I didnt have to wait long despite not having an appointment. The blood draw was smooth and painless. I will return because i get stabbed around in other labs. This phlebotomist is a real pro.

I always seem to have a problem getting blood work done.. They always seem to have a problem finding and sticking a vein.. The best experience ever.. Candee is the best at what she does. I will be back!
