I saw Miriam when I came to this place on a Saturday morning, but she works normally in the Los Alamitos location. I didnt wait very long, maybe 45 minutes but it went by really fast. Bring a book I promise its worth it. Very friendly staff, made something that I normally find very nerve-racking, very easy. Thanks Miriam!

Very inefficient place. Took one and one half hours for simple blood draw with only 4 customers there when I arrived at 8AM. Tech was unsure of what he was doing and office staff is abrupt and cold. Not going back there and recommend you find another location.

I was a walk-in and late in the day. I signed in and was seen right away. Dorothy took care of me and the blood work. She was a delight. It was my best experience hands down. I intend for this location to be my go to.

I made an appointment several days in advance. I was seen on time. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and courteous. I was in and out in a matter of minutes.

Very busy office, counter staff can be abrupt. Be sure to make an appointment ahead of time, waiting time for walk-ins can be oe hour plus.
