I always make an appointment, super easy to do online, and always bring my lab paperwork, insurance and ID card. If you want a good experience follow instructions, have these things ready, and just be patient and respectful because youre likely not the only patient they must serve. I got called right at my appointment time, the process was quick and painless. Ive had this phlebotomist before and shes very professional, calming, polite, neat, and precise. I wish I had her name! This is my favorite place to get lab work done.

Patients cannot reach this company by phone. Automated system is all they have, cannot get a person. Im trying to find out if they have received my faxed lab order from my Dr, no luck. I need a price so I can bring the correct amount, no luck. I emailed customer service 2 days ago for an answer, no reply. Terrible lack of service and super inconvenient. I will be using Labcorp from now on.
