Rude...I called to ask about scheduling a drug test and they dont answer the phone even after having me wait at least ten minutes pressing buttons to a robot. I came and they ask me for all sorts of account numbers. I said I dont have it and ask the lady named Marco to look it up and she wouldnt help me. I went back to get my phone with the lab account number and she said that I m not supposed to go out but I had gone out and wrote that on my lab paper. She treats me like a criminal...and acts like a judge

Waiting time for someone with no appointment is horrible. The front desk staff giggles and does not make any effort to expedite the process. Every time someone with an appointment walks in, it pushes the waiting time for the rest. Horrible system!

Lab hours are until 4:30 during the week. I went on a Thursday, at 4:15 pm, (not on a holiday), and the facility was closed! Very unprofessional!!!!!

This facility is dirty and personnel unwilling to lift a finger up for you. It seems as if they have attitude, will not go there again. Unimpressed.
