I went on a Wednesday as a walk-in to take my grandmother to get her labs done prior to her doctors appointment the following Tuesday who happens to be in the same building. We arrived at 1048am. Not only did they not give her the urine specimen cup upon checking in as they looked over the lab order if not after they drew her blood, my grandmother went to the restroom before they drew her blood. She didnt know. Then we tried to get her to go pee in the cup and she couldnt. So after a few tries, we decided to leave at 12:48 p.m. and come back the next morning. Thursday morning we got there at 9 in the morning, and my grandmother when into the restroom to give the year and sample. The girls and the lab did not label the cup, and did not receive it immediately of they should have from the specimen door. I think it a call from my grandmother at 4:45 p.m. stating that the lab called my aunt who is on vacation in Alaska County here that they could not find my grandmothers year in sample. So I had to call back and inquire about that but they had already closed at 4:30 p.m. I have to go to a different lab to give another sample. This is on acceptable and unprofessional. The girls did not work fast or efficient enough. I understand that you have to check every detail asked you not mistake any specimens or any of the information on the labels, yet you still have to work fast efficient enough to be able to get the people in and out. Its like they took their sweet time with every patient that they would receive which took forever. These girls should have labels the cup when we checked into have my grandmother give the year and sample. They should not have lost her year and sample. Im extremely upset because of our experience there. I feel that they need to work on their process there. I went to the other quest Diagnostics up the street from there and they were thurough, efficient and helpful. Im definitely not coming back to this lab.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I know this is not this particular offices fault, but I most likely lost my spot in my nursing program at school because they are taking so long with my results. I go on a Wednesday and have blood work and urine drug test done. They tell me results will be in Friday. Call my doctors office Friday and they dont have results. I go to the Quest office (because its IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone on the phone) and they cant help me because apparently theres a "main lab" everything is sent to. She give me a phone number for that. AGAIN impossible to talk to someone. The line is only for doctors. So now its Monday and Im still waiting to register for my program because my results were not done on Friday as promised. This is really bad.

I have been going here twice per year for 3 years, and its one of the best centers I have been to. If you have an appointment, you are usually in and out in 30-40 min, unless they get overloaded or have a difficult patient. The staff has always been courteous and professional, even when dealing with impatient customers who expect drive-thru speed service from a medical facility.

The front desk attendant was unkind and answered my questions with condescension. An addition, you have to pay for parking every 20 minutes you are there, and they do not validate your parking ticket. I ended up having to be there over an hour. I would not choose this location again.

This lab is attrocious! The front desk is rude and even if you have an appointment, you wait well past your time (20 minutes). I thought maybe they were having a bad day. But again when I returned, horrible staff experience and long wait with an appointment.

I have been coming here for years, Its the only lab you can go to that isnt standing room only. The only downfall to this is the parking, they do charge. Paying 1.00 is well worth my time!
