Receptionist, front office clerk, whatever her title was extremely rude. Would not even acknowledge my presence until she was good and ready. No "HI, Ill be with you in just one minute" Nothing. She just left me standing there until she got around to providing non-costumer service. My appt. was in mid December and my doctors appt. was 1/19/12 and they still didnt have my results from this facility. Will not use their services again.

I have used this lab before and they are quick and efficient. Thats all I need with a lb, I just dont want to stand around for an hour waiting, so I am always very happy when needing to visit them.
