I have a remarkably simple question about a series of tests ordered by two separate doctors. The appear to be duplicative. It astounds me how an organization that pretends to place customer satisfaction at the forefront of its business practice cant manage the simple task of answering the damn telephone. Why even go through this idiotic charade of making it look like contact between a human being from this company and a patient is even possible. Its insulting at least, arrogant at worst. I intend to take the diagnostics forms back to my physician so that he can send me to a different facility—on that does not view the practice of answering a damn phone to be a lost art.

When I come here, usually twice a year, I have learned to bring a sweater and a book to read, along with my patience. Theres always a wait, especially in the morning. Sometimes the front desk people are very nice, other times not so much. But Ive always had friendly, professional service in the back. The phlebotomists are good and know their job well. Im not crazy about the "herd" effect, but thats getting to be the norm practically everywhere these days. Ive learned to live with it and be prepared.

I just drove all the way here at 6 am because hours are posted as 5 am Mon thru Fri. Well doors are locked and no-one answered when i knocked and of course there is no number to call. VERY inconvenient since i drove all the way here to get in early before i start my busy day

I had a 2-hour wait on a Saturday morning! And I was fasting!! I arrived at 8:20 and finally left at 10:15. I should have made an appt. The office was very full and freezing cold!! The exit door was locked, which is a huge fire danger. Im UNimpressed!!!

Dont come here on a Saturday without appointment. No where to sit and if your outside waiting you wont hear tour name being called.
