4-20-16 Extremely sadistic receptionist. Treated every patient rude. When he is asked for help like i dont have my glasses he did not care. That patient was helped by another patient. All patients have to kowtow to him. My appointment was 8:30 and my wife an Alzheimer patient was 8:45. I was registered at 8:40 and when i asked to register for my wife, i was told to wait for her turn which was after me, and another patient after her was called. My wife had to wait. He was a tryrant with no regard for patients. The quality of quest diagnostics has gone down. Go to another lab if you wish to be treated with dignity .i dont usually like to complain, This has gone too far for me and my wife and all other patients at quest diagnostics. Des

I really like this Quest location, its the one I always go to because the technicians drawing blood are really friendly and make my visits virtually painless. The receptionists Ive encountered are pretty cut in dry and to the point. Ive never had any issues with the receptionists, Im not their to make friends, Im there to get my blood taken or other tests in the shortest amount of time, by professionals, as painless as possible by their friendly technicians. Its the only Quest I go to, I go there every three months for around four years now.

Not very helpful. I sure wouldnt want any of their drivers delivering nothing for me. No help no customer service no politeness a lot of funky airs being thrown rounds about these grounds. Especially the front desk lady and the drivers are so so horrible. One indian man from India you have not seen rude till you get a load of this place. Dont try it i wouldnt support this place if it were leaning on one stilt....and that you can best believe.

Worst place on earth. I usually walk in and out of quest diagnostics in 15 minutes. I got here at 7:40am, 20 minutes before they open and didnt get my blood work done until 8:45. The lady that checks people in is a complete complete arse. So rude. Never coming here again
