Awful, awful, & awful. We were told an hour when we showed up. Its been 2+ hrs, & Im watching people walk in ahead of us who were here without an appointment as well. So I have nothing better to do but write about how awful this place is. Negative 10 stars. To be fair to quest, our paperwork was difficult since they had to type the drs name in the form on the computer rather than click a box. Yikes. Hopefully, they know how to draw blood, but lets not hold out breath! Maybe well get our 5 min test taken before they close. Go somewhere else Update: We were just told we were next 5 mins ago. Nope. And there goes another group o people. Maybe they meant next after the next group. Hurry up and get her so you can wait. Ill see you next time in the waiting room Update 2: As providence would have it. We did make it in and no they were not good at drawing blood either. My daughter is in tears after they fished around for her veins

I have been going to this Quest Diagnostics location at least every 2-3 months for many, many years and I have always been pleased with the service. Unlike other people I have never had to wait very long and I always go on a walk-in basis without an appointment. 15 minutes is the longest I have had to wait & I think that is reasonable. The staff has always been friendly & professional when dealing with me although I think they could smile a bit more. A smile always puts me in a better mood. I am a nurse myself & although the staff here doesnt know that I have been able to evaluate their accuracy on a medical basis due to my profession & I feel they are doing an excellent job.

AMAZING HERE!! Barely had to wait any time at all. Had a very embarrassing experience and the worked made me feel right at home and were completely open to my fear of needles. My employee was taking to me the whole time and made me feel comfortable. Definitely would recommend this spot.

I went to this facility with my daughter that has autism, the care that was given to my child was above and beyond excellent! I wanted to cry when I saw how patient and loving they were with a scared little girl. Thank you all for what you do!

Went in as a walk in, my doctor requested my blood to be drawn last minute. I walked in as soon as they opened at 7:30am, and was out of there by 8:15am. Im not going to complain, the time I was there is expected as a walk in.

I am a provider, wearing my lab coat, I am just dropping off specimen and I am told to wait after signing in! Seriously? I guess they dont discriminate on having everyone WAIT!!!

I could not believe that they lost my paperwork after I waited for an hour just to have blood taken. Workers just walking around talking and laughing. So unprofessional.
