Hello, I went as scheduled to your Redondo Beach location and reached at 3:10 pm. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk told us that they drug test only until 12:00 noon. When I told them we have an appointment scheduled for 3, she said they do the drug test only until 12:00 noon, and then she told us that moreover you came late by 10 mins. I dont understand why does your website give appointments scheduling when your facilities dont do the test at that time? Is there a reason why you would make people leave work for an hour, drive all the way to your facility, and then be told bluntly and rudely that they dont do the tests at that time? The lady at the reception was highly rude and disrespectful in how she treated us. We didnt argue with us, because she appeared to not speak english at all, just murmuring some words in spanish. This was a very bad experience. I had to go to your facility because of pre-employment drug test, otherwise Ill never ever go there again. If you are employing and keeping non-english speakers who will behave rudely with your customers, then you better prepare for a backlash from all your customers. Ill make sure the word goes around....

Almost didnt go there because of all the bad reviews on here, however Im glad I did. The staff was very nice & helpful. It took less than an hour, and there was quite a few people there. Id say overall my experience was pretty great

great experience went in for a pre employment drug test , didnt have a appointment only waited 20 mins , Trish was very kind and nice she explained everything to me and provided me with great service
