Sent my insurance information twice already..didnt hear from them for over a year then all of a sudden oh look another bill stating i still owe. F that. My insurance said it should have been been taken care of the 1st time.. The second time i sent my info out of curtesy incase the dummies didnt get the 1st time.. Looks like they fd up the second time too. Waste of time.. Find somewhere better.

Be careful because they are over billing me and told me too bad. Then they admitted there was a problem Then I start getting harassed by one of the many billing clowns. These guys are a mess, and da billing department does not speak English well. I advise going elsewhere.
