Dr. Armstrong is a GREAT DENTIST!!! I have been a patient for 10 years. I am grateful for his passion to take the BEST care of his patients. I appreciate the way he cleans my teeth. As I want to keep my teeth. When he is done I know they are cleaned the ultimate best. He does his cleanings the exact way a specialist dentist cleans teeth. Again I WANT TO KEEP MY TEETH. I know it is also my responsibility to floss and brush daily to keep my teeth and my body healthy. When I do brush and floss daily my gums are healthy, and do not hurt after he cleans my teeth!! I look forward to having him clean my teeth. He explains very well where I understand all the procedures he does, as Dr. Armstrong does all of the dental procedures . I know for a fact that what ever needs to be done it will all be done with excellence. He discusses with me, matter of fact manner, exactly what is happening, why and how to take care of everything that needs to be done. I definitely recommend Dr. Armstrong to other people that want to keep their teeth and have the very best dental care.

Its incredibly simple to explain the polar opposite reviews of Dr. Armstrong: Poor reviews - are from patients who are used to a bubbly hygienist talking more than cleaning your teeth and a dentist who walks in for 30 seconds and compliments you on your beautiful smile. If this is the type of dental experience your desire, I agree that you should NOT see Dr. Armstrong Great reviews - are from patients who have a passion for their teeth and want to hear the honest truth, not fluff. Dr. Armstrong conducts your entire visit, cleaning and all, and does not sugar coat. If all is well with your mouth, he will only see you twice a year, he wants to make that time effective! I have never had such a thorough cleaning and I agree it was rougher than any other cleaning Ive had in my life; I also had more plaque removed from my mouth than Ive ever had (and I get regular 6 month cleanings.)

I just finished having major work done on my teeth. I had what Dr. Armstrong coined as "a smile adjustment" which included gum surgery, new caps, new veneers, an implant, and several crowns to replace old amalgam fillings. This process took over a year or two (mostly by my choice) and I have been very pleased. You have to realize that before I was a patient of Dr. Armstrong, I had extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. Because of his gentleness and positive attitude I have been able to go for cleanings and minor work with no anxiety at all. A big part of the great atmosphere at his office is because of Shiela, his assistant and jack of all trades. Thanks to both of you.

After having filling material come loose in my mouth, I scheduled an appointment with him out of obvious concern and curiosity, he accused my inquisition of being "absurd", I explained to him multiple times that I am not a dentist and am simply curious. He became very defensive, accused me of being a "bad patient" because I chose not to have my wisdom teeth removed ( which I choose not to because I didnt trust &/or like him) and got into a verbal argument with him. He is incredibly rude in his verbal and non verbals. DO NOT SEE HIM IF YOU DESIRE TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT.

The terrible reviews are no coincidence. Worst dentist ever - very rude/abrasive, dental cleaning was also very rough and painful. The worst part was at the end of the appointment Dr. Armstrong said that I needed to have some type of "gum graft" procedure that would cost several thousand dollars. I didnt believe him because Ive had no issues with my gums/teeth before - I went to several other dentists to get a second opinion and NONE of them recommended this procedure or saw any need to do one. This guy is a crook. Avoid at all costs.

Craig is a great doctor/dentist. There is something to be said when you can get (almost) everything done in one place. I went in to get a crown but the tooth was cracked so it needed to be removed, unfortunately. That was all taken care of within one visit with the highest level of expertise and professionalism by Craig himself. Now Ill be putting in an implant which again will be handled entirely by Craig. He is as good as it gets.

Had a horrible experience. The lady who handles the reception area was great, but the dentist seemed obnoxious, wasnt gentle (and Im fine with getting a rough cleaning as long as it gets the job done), and I specifically made sure that my insurance would cover 100%, but was then thrown a bill for $80 after. Now, Im receiving payment notifications all the time and am now dealing with a collection agency. DONT GO.

I went to see Dr. Armstrong twice. On the second visit, he recommended I get a gum graft surgery to correct some severe recession. Total cost for the surgery? $2,000. I had a second opinion and was told there was no need for surgery and that I barely had any recession. He is also very rude and condescending.

Dr. Armstrong is the best dentist by far. He exceeds expectations. He has been my dentist for 6 years. He also was able to identify an issue on my daughters gums that her own pediatric dentist AND orthodontist didnt catch. He does his own cleaning and is the best in the business. Kendall Colman

Worst experience I ever had at a dentist. Dr Armstrong is very rough and not gentle and very condescending, the tools also seem very outdated. Over billed my insurance as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away, the neighborhood has much better dentists out there.

Terrible experience. Not only is his bedside manner borderline Medieval, his billing practices are deceitful and predatory. I have paid my bill in full in early January and I am STILL getting calls about the bill. This was truly an awful experience.

Excellent dentist who explains things well and practices evidence based dentistry. His front office staff went above and beyond to find out the details of my obscure dental insurance which I had never used before.
