We took our son there to have a few hand warts removed. They first started out by freezing the warts, which did not work. Ching ching. After another 2 visits they used a laser on the warts saying, "this always works" (so why didnt they do that first if that is the case?). But the laser did not work! So after over a $1000 I am just supposed to go back there and had over more money for more of their failures?

Ive been there a handful of times and each time Ive waited more than 30 mins past my appointment time in the waiting room and more waiting once Im put in the patient room. Its especially frustrating when youre there with small children and they havent perfected the art of waiting. Im there an average of 45-1 hour and spend about 2-3 mins with the physician. Very annoying.

My experience with Dr. Altman and his office was excellent. Prompt service on the phone, invited in quickly for my appointment, brisk and skilled attention from nurse and doctor. As for the other "review", I suspect the only person caring about money is the writer, which is typically in a society where people feel they are entitled to heathcare without paying for it.

I dont really know where to start. I enjoy the doctor but the staff at this facility is unreal. All they care about is money and for a business that is in the health field, I image that customer service and relations should be a top priority. I seriously urge anyone looking at this review to look else where.

Fine, caring, knowledgeable physician. Dr. Altman diagnosed my problem quickly and prescribed the correct medication and I was cured in a week. Well done Dr. altman!!!
