Not a good experience @ all. I was forced to wait in one of the service rooms for over an hour w/out any explanation or the opportunity to reschedule my appointment. When I was finally able to see the Doctor he spent a total of 5 mins w/ me. I did not think too much of it until I received a bill for $125.00. When I questioned the invoice they were very rude and condescending and said they would not make me pay but would show it as bad uncollected debt until it was paid or that it had to be paid in full if I wanted to see them again and then they told me to find another Dermatologist. The bill is already paid in full. I was just looking for an explanation and the reason for such a high charge for such a sort time spent w/ the doctor not a complete hassle and to be treated like “dead beat” because I questioned the validity of a charge. I get that doctors are busy people but they are not the only ones so I guess I will send them an invoice for the money I lost while sitting in their office for over an hour and then turn it over to collections when they ignore it.

I went in to see Dr.Dimitropoulos because I noticed red spots appearing on my face and I was concerned. He walks in,looks at me,asks me for a medical history of my parents and after I tell him,he instantly diagnoses me with a terrible disease. I start crying immediately because I got so scared and my sister who was in the room with me is trying to calm me down while doctor stands in front of me like a statue. Anyway,I get my blood work done and go in for a visit to check my blood work results. First of all,my appointment was scheduled at 9 am. He takes me in at 10:50. Regardless,I almost walked out of the office because I couldnt understand that the office didnt appreciate my time. I understand no one is perfect but once he came into the office and told me my blood work was fine, I knew I would never ever go back to this office. I honestly wouldnt recommend this place.

I highly recommend University Dermatology, I called in to get in same day I had atleast what I thought was a face emergency, and now on meds so feeling better already!!!! They were great and friendly they will be my new drs now!!

I took my mother there, same day appointment, and they were excellent!! They helped her immediately! She had gone to other dermatologists near her and wasnt able to get the great care she received here.

Dr. Bill is fantastic. He goes right to the problem. No unnecessary extra visits. I would highly recommend him.
