Hello my name is samira and I was treated for acne by Dr. Leslie Beaird, So my experience was very bad, because she did not see me in my first appointment and I dont understand why I was seen by her PA, Further more , her PA prescribed a cream for me which worked fine , when I went back for consultation and finally Dr beaird saw me, she gave another cream to use as well, so unfortunately that cream caused me irritation, whenever I use it I feel inching, so I called more than 20 times she never called me back personally, her Pa returns the call, and prescribe antibiotic for my irritation, my face was getting worse and worse so I called asking for my doctor to talk to me and try to help me, but I was surprised by her medical assistance giving me a call back and talking about that I have by saying to passion and wait to see the medicine effect even though she never saw me and she doesnt even know what king of acne Im having or what am I talking about..! so finally and while Im writing this review I am going somewhere else to get help because I went to see Dr beaird for an acne that I had in my lower part of my face now Im still suffering from that plus what her medicine caused me in my upper part of my face. If the new doctor confirm that because of the medicine, I will sue her because I trusted her with my face and she kind of destroy it for me. I would like to tell every new patient to be careful because there is some kind of neglect from the doctors over there so, be carful using any creams especially on your face so you dont regret it as much as I do now..!

This is not a review but a note to any of the doctors in the practice. This practice was on the list of recommended dermatologists that my pediatrician shared with me. I am sure that they would have provided a great service. My three stars are with for no willingness to accommodate. As I have growing children I am very surprised home doctor offices invest no effort in staff training on new client acquisition. I explained to the receptionist that my pediatrician asked me to visit dermatologist with my 12 year old, relatively soon. I mentioned that we are five person family and are looking for dermatology practice. I was very polite and conversation went well. I was given an appointment a month from now and during school hours. I asked if they had sick appointments and if we became patients would we have to wait a month to see a doctor. She said no and that wait is only because we are new....This blows my mind. Any other practice would try to accommodate a paying client but doctors, very often, would not be bothered. Lucky for me my pediatricians list of recommended dermatologists contained few more names. There was another practice near by with even more doctors and locations. I hope it turns out well as I am hoping for a decades long relationship.

Really like this practice. The office staff is charming, friendly and very professional. You do not hear them discussing their private life or what they did over the weekend while you are waiting for your appoint wait. Appoint waits are short. Dr. Beaird has been great. She is very professional but friendly and knowledgeable. She does an excellent job of explaining your condition, your options for care as well as what she is going to do and what you can do to care for yourself. She spends time with you and you never feel rushed. She tells you what your are doing right and what you can do to improve your condition.

I have been to many dermatologists in my life, some good and some not so much. Northwest Dermatology is GREAT! I was recommended by a friend and have since recommended several friends & family. I have only seen Dr. Gill and I"m sure the others are fine however Dr. Gill is GREAT. She is caring, spends time with you & doesnt rush through your visit. She is always on-time, very informational, and is up to date on current trends and treatments. The clinic is very reasonably priced compared to others I have experienced locally. The clinic is clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly.

I have been going to NW Dermatology for many years and have been very pleased with Dr. Madan. Her treatments for precancerous skin lesions on my face have been successful. Since my father had the same issues, I am very aware and concerned about this problem. Dr. Madan has always been courteous, friendly, efficient, and caring. I trust her and the other doctors in the practice to take excellent care of me.

Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and sincere and after the first appointment its pretty easy to schedule times that work for you schedule. Dr. Beaird has been absolutely fantastic. Shes very knowledgeable but also to the point. She has been direct with me about my options and I have had fantastic results in treating skin issues that I have been trying to get rid of for almost ten years.

I have been seeing Dr Beaird for 15+ years and cannot say enough about her. Depending on the schedule, it may take a couple weeks to get an appt, but it is well worth the wait. She is always on time. I have NEVER waited longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room. I have also seen others Drs in the practice and have been equally as happy with them. Wonderful office

Made my first appointment with them. Showed up 5 minutes early and waited for 30 minutes. I had to leave due to being away from work for so long. I called on my way back to work and talked to Joyce. She was very rude when I explained that I will not be back to their office and to get rid of all of my paperwork.
