I visited Christie Clinic for a simple routine screening. They billed my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield) for two screenings--one that is covered and one that is not--and thus the insurance wont cover either of them. After several calls to my insurance and Christie Clinic, the issue is still unresolved. The process has been VERY FRUSTRATING. And when you call, they dont tell you that you must send a letter within 60 days in order to preserve your rights (that is in fine print on the back of the bill). I am perplexed as to why this clinic cannot correctly bill such a large and commonly held insurance company. Patient beware: this clinic may well give you a HUGE HEAD-ACHE long after your visit is over.

My husband reached there at 2 for a 2:15 appointment. The staff at the registration desk were unable to find his past records and when they finally did it was 2:45 and then we waited till 3:30 without seeing the doctor and left. This is a ridiculous wait and a waste of time. Couldnt they have let him see the doctor and then sorted out the paperwork?

The physicians are very friendly and quality of care is excellent.
