Yesterday I had a procedure done in your Bourbonnais office to remove two different types of skin cancer from my left cheek and even though it was a very basic procedure to be done and the fact that I have never really cared much for going to a doctor for anything (especially to be operated on) I can not begin to tell you how very impressed I was and am with your entire staff. From the very moment I walked into your office in Bourbonnais I was greeted with a smile. Your staffs mannerisms and phone etiquette, there ability to express their genuine concern for your health and well being in person and over the phone is well above reproach and not what I expected to receive. It was a great pleasure and relief to feel so comfortable and have my mind and body put at ease with the confidence in skill and care of the entire office. Dr. Lapinski was a soothing soul and a great professional. Her smile put me at ease and she was more than willing to explain the procedure in the greatest amount of detail needed. She really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Rios....my hat goes off to you. I have been to and known many doctors in my lifetime but you my friend made me feel like I was a more than a patient but an actually friend of yours. You have got to be, by far, the most down to earth and coolest doctor I have ever met. I truly enjoyed your honesty in conversation, your willingness to be yourself and not some up tight know it all with a scalpel. You made me feel relaxed, you asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen too (which blew me away) and you and Bianca talked to me during the procedure like we were having lunch or a cold beer together and had known each other for years. I wish I did because I would love to give them all the credit they deserve but unfortunately I do not remember every name of every staff member I have come in contact with or spoke with over the phone but if there was every anything I could say to any potential client/patient of yours it would be this, "You are in for one of the most enjoyable and comforting professional encounters you may ever have". I can not express to you enough my overall and complete satisfaction with your amazing staff, the skill and kindness of the doctors and I am NOT one to really say much unless I am truly impressed. And I am. Thank you very much for being more than just a "cut above" (sorry, couldnt resist that one) everything I expected. I started going to Dr. Lapinskis office years ago, after struggling to find a dermatologist that could help my acne prone skin. Dr. Lapinski and her staff not only listened but understood my concerns and for the first time in 20+ years, put me on the right mix of medications that worked! Having gone through countless dermatologists, aesteticians and products...it seemed I was at a loss. Thanks to Dr. Lapinski and her staff at Dermatology & Plastic Surgery Associates, I was able to regain my confidence and feel comfortable in my own skin again. Over the years, DPSA has become my go to location for any and all things skin related. From facials to the removal of moles and milia, to microderm abrasion and botox...I simply do not trust my skin to anyone else. I also appreciate having an aestetican that is aligned with my dermatologist...it just makes sense. They also sell and use Skinceutical product which has really helped my skin look more youthful...and is one of the best product lines out there. I have gone to both the Joliet and Frankfort locations - both have great staff...although I must admit that have a favorite and that is Laurel! She has a solution to all of my skin needs and I appreciate how she goes above and beyond to make my skin look and feel great. From an irritating rash around my eyes, to stress induced breakouts to removing those fine lines around my eyes...she has the solution and does great work!! Thank you, Laurel!! There are several med-spas closer to my home, but when it comes to skin care services, I am particular about what goes on or in my face. I have and will continue to be a loyal customer of DPSA. They will always get my reference.

My experience with breast agmuntation was the best!!! Dr Rios is the best plastic surgeon in the world. Not only does he have a outstanding bed side manner he makes sure to tell you all the pros and cons of the elected procedure. I never felt any type of pressure during my preop visits to hurry and make a decision. Dr Rios gave me the time to think about what the results were that I wanted and explaned in detail how he would achieve those results. I was scared like many women are to have this surgery. I thought it would be a ton of pain and down time that I couldnt afford to give up. After my first consult with Dr Rios I knew he was the surgeon for me. He reassured me that there would be very little pain after the operation and that I could resume normal activity the next day. This was hard to beilieve considering all the horror stories I have seen and heard about breast agmuntations. WELL let me tell you he was right I was up cleaning the house and running errands the next day. I would of never thought that was possible. Dr Rios is the plastic surgeon for me and if you are thinking of having any type of plastic surgery than he is definantly your man. If in the future I want more work done Dr Rios will be the man I go to. I trust him and his staff to give excellant care to me or anyone else each time you are there. Thank you Dr Rios for all you have done for me.

I have wanted to have a breast augmentation done for about 15 years and wanted to make sure that I chose the right Dr. Dr. Rios was recommended to me by a friend who said he did excellent work and had a great bed side manner. All of which are true, but I still wanted to do my own research to make sure I was dealing with an experienced, well qualified Dr. to perform my breast augmentation. I chose to go with Dr. Rios because of the credible information and positive feedback that I found on the internet. Dr Rios was a little further than I had wanted to travel but well worth the time because I am extremely happy with my decision and more importantly, the excellent outcome of my breast augmentation. I appreciated his knowledgeable, honest advice and felt very comfortable with his professional easy going manner. The recovery time was very minimal, which he is known for, and I was able to return to work the next day with little discomfort. The procedure did not require any wraps, bandages, drains or prescription drugs. I am still amazed at how quick the recovery process was.

BrEaST DECISION EVER!! Having chosen Dr.Rios for my breast augmentation was the wisest decision Ive ever made. His down-to-earth personality, sense of humor, expertise and honesty immediately made me comfortable. The staff at his offices are professional and kind. Dr.Rios explained the procedure and risks thoroughly, as well as answered all of my questions without rushing the appointments. I never doubted he cares about his patients, and he confirmed that when he called from home the day after my surgery to check on me. Everything Dr.Rios told me about post-op recovery was true: I was out & about with my family the night of surgery, took my kids to the zoo the next day, had very little pain/discomfort (only took 600mg of Motrin the first 2 days), and recovered faster than I had ever imagined possible from such a procedure. Not to mention, the results are BEAUTIFUL!! Dr.Rios does phenomenal work and I highly recommend him to anyone considering breast augmentation or plastic surgery of any sort!
