I had been wanting to go to a dermatologist for a while and was recommended to this doctor by people I trust so I went for it. Bad. Idea. I have never been left so frustrated and dissatisfied from a doctor’s visit. I had told 3 people in 2 different ways what I was there for. I wrote it in my new patient forms, I told the receptionist, nurse, and doctor when he came in what I was there for. I wanted help with a skincare routine and I had a bump on my eye I wanted looked at or removed. I also had little bumps under my eye I wanted looked at because I felt like they were growing and wasnt sure what they were. He came in, shook my hand, and put the chair back to look at my eye. I got very short responses and he gave me no info or comfort about any issues that I had. I asked what I should be doing for my skin and he said nothing. NOTHING. I like to have detailed answers and I tried to get the info I needed, but he wasnt hearing me. I felt like he was in a rush and wasnt taking the time to hear what I had to say. It was very disappointing because I was nervous to go in the first place, and he did nothing but confirm my anxieties. I would not recommend him to anyone and I will not return.

Just a few months ago I noticed a skin discoloration. I needed to find a dermatologist so I went online. I found Bolingbrook Dermatology and the courteous staff helped me schedule an appointment that day with Dr. Liang. Dr. Liang was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with my concerns. He did an amazing job and I would recommend Bolingbrook Dermatology to anyone.

This doctor completely over charges for botox so shop elsewhere. He was double the price of where I got it next also from a medical doctor. It was supposed to last 3-4 months and it didnt even last 3. I also saw him for what turned out to be mild excema, but he could not tell the difference between the excema on my chin and the sunburn on my forehead.

He is the best dermatologist!!! I have been to other dermatologists but they were not so good. This doctor cares about you and he gives you the best options. He is amazing!
