Where do I even start? I need to tell you about what happened to me BEFORE I found Robert DAlfonso----Please read this all the way thru. About 5 years ago, I wanted to get my teeth whitened and my front teeth replaced. I thought I found a great Dentist. He was close by and they advertised as Cosmetic Dentists. Boy was I ever so wrong about that dentist. My entire Mouth after that Dentist, was in the worst shape. I cannot even describe how bad it really was. And what made this so bad, my Daughter was getting Married. I needed my Smile. I thought OMG!!! This is a Nightmare and need to wake up, My teeth were falling out and the more they worked on my mouth the worse it got. As you can see I have given Dr. DAlfonso a 5 Star Rating. If there was a 10 Star option that would still not be high enough. Robert not only fixed my teeth, he fixed ME. I now love to Smile. My life has changed because of the results he gave me. If I had my before and after pictures I would post them. I have referred him to other people and I would guarantee him and his staff to anyone. He truly was a Gift from Heaven in my eyes. My husband and I both now have the healthiest teeth and gums. It really is remarkable how once you start going to a dentist you can trust, you want to go back all the time for your checkups. I honestly can NOT express the true feelings I have for him and all his staff. I feel I am in the Best Care any Dentist could ever give me. I love him. Its that Simple. I love my Dentist..... Robert, if you read this, you will know who I am without even looking at my name. I will Never be able to repay you for all the ways you changed my life. I only wish you the Best Life ever and anyone reading this, call me. Of course be ready to stay on the phone for a long time because I could go on and on about how WONDERFUL he really is. I called to make an appointment here because I had a crown fall off and needed it re-attached ASAP. I was a new patient and understood that I would need a quick exam before they could reattach the crown. When I made the appointment I gave them all my insurance information as asked how much the visit would cost, I was told that I would be given an estimate prior to any work being done, When I arrived for the visit, I was taken back to the exam room. Without seeing the doctor a dental tech then proceeded to take multiple x-rays of my entire mouth. I was very confused and asked "wow that is a lot of x-xrays". When the doctor finally came in he did a quick exam and re-cemented my crown. He told me that they would do a more comprehensive exam when I cam back to get my teeth cleaned. When I went to check out they told me that my share after insurance would be $71.00 - that sounded reasonable and I paid. I later received a bill for over $200 (after my insurance paid) - I tried calling the office multiple times with no call back. I finally wrote the office a letter asking how they got to that number, I also asked about the standard of care. The doctor responded back with a trite letter that was not helpful at all stating that if I wanted to come back in to have my teeth cleaned to call the office. I was then sent to collections for the $200 bill.

Dr. DAlfonso has been taking care of my teeth since he opened his office in Lakeway, He has done several crowns, Cleanings and in general keep me informed as to the condition of my teeth, His staff is very professional, they greet you with a smile and call you by name as you enter the office. They will offer you coffee, tea, water or anything to make your stay at their office comfortable. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone, all ages!!! I had to have a temporary crown, and his Registered dentist Assistant, Jamala did a fantastic job on the temporary crown, it feels so comfortable, I wonder if I need the permanent crown??? They have the best Assistants that I have ever came into contact with in a dentist office!!!

Dr. D is one great dentist and I consider him a great friend as well. The first time I saw him I was in tremendous pain and he immediately zeroed in on my concern. In no time at all I was on the road to getting better. He listened and did something when no one else could figure it out. He has a great team and they are all like family to me. i am VERY pleased to be a patient here. I moved away from the neighborhood but wont change to another dentist. The knowledge and skill are really excellent most of all (and I have a lot of "dental experience"). The business side is both reasonable and considerate of a clients financial status. I have been to an office that was heavy on marketing and that is just wrong. Cannot fake the integrity and sincerity Dr. DAlfonso exhibits in all aspects of this practice.

Austin Cosmetic Dentistry that really delivers results! Dr. Robert DAlfonso met with me for a free consultation when my mouth was in pretty bad shape. I had a crown that had cracked and I was in need of a dental implant. Dr. DAlfonso was able to fix my mouth on the weekend and the atmosphere was so luxurious and comfortable at their Lakeway office that I felt at home. They make the dental work actually tolerable.

They do everything possible to make them comfortable and have never pushed them past their comfort zones. They have a beautiful, comfortable office. They worked with me before the children were on our insurance plan to ensure affordability and quality care. I highly recommend them!

Dr DAlfonso is such an amazing dentist! He fixed my front tooth that was discolored and Ive been so much happier since I feel comfortable smiling again! Hes also repaired some other work a previous dentist admittedly did a terrible job and did not offer to fix it. I would have saved thousands of dollars if I found Dr. DAlfonso sooner!
