Dr. Novy is extremely nice, experienced, smart, professional, knowledgeable, and an overall excellent dentist. He doesnt try to rush you and is always willing to explain things so you know exactly what is going on with your mouth. I go to him for a second opinion about things occasionally because although I like my current dentist, I feel he can be somewhat quick and invasive and not provide as many options as Dr. Novy can. The location is great and the facility is very nice and clean. The staff are all very polite as well. The only thing I dislike about Dr. Novys office is one of the ladies who do the cleanings there. I dont know her name or if she still works there because this was about a year ago, but my mouth was bloody and painful for days after she was done so I get my cleanings done elsewhere.

Best Dentist! Leanne does my cleanings. I decline novocaine so she is extra gentle. The office is clean and professional. I pay out of pocket and find their pricing to be reasonable for the quality of care I receive. Dr. Novy is very educated. Unlike other dentists Ive been to Dr. Novys team does not try to upsell unnecessary treatments or interventions. I also bring my son every 6 months. They are great with children! Ive visited their office 5 times and have always been treated with the greatest care.

I usually switch dentists every few years or so. It may be because I think the dentist is more motivated by profit than he/she should be or because their hygienists hurt me during cleaning, or they run a little disorganized. But, I have nothing but good things to say about the way Dr. Novy and his staff have treated me and run their business over the past 5 years or so Ive been going there. It has been a very good and consistent experience with them.

Dr Novy is far and away the finest dentist I have ever seen. As an 86 year old career military officer, I have been exposed to dental needs all over the world. His skill and patient interaction is perfect , his people are friendly, and personable and his clinic is gorgeous.It doesnt get any better than this.
