My two kids, now 5 and 6, love Dr Raymond and his staff. There are tons of toys and video games to play, plus movies playing on several screens around the place. Dr Raymond has been great at explaining things along the way and his hygienists do a great job of cleaning the girls teeth quickly and efficiently. Weve been going here since my youngest was 2 and they could just get the quickest of peeks in of her mouth. Weve also had one dental semi-emergency on a Friday afternoon and the office was great about calling me back after hours. My only criticism/bit of advise is that my youngest was very easy to sensory overload as a small child and the office the first couple of times was kind of crazy making for her. Too many things to play with, too many things to look at, too many sounds. She would be a little dervish by the time we left. I learned to book appointments first thing in the AM when the toys are mostly away and its calmer.

This is by far the best, dental office I have ever encountered! From the extremely, pleasant office staff, fun and friendly dental hygienists, all the way to the warm and efficient Dr. Raymond, we have never had a bad experience. My kids actually ask when they can go to the dentist, which is amazing considering one of them has had some uncomfortable procedures. Dr. Raymond has always made sure that the childs comfort and the parents pocket book come first. We live in Southwest Austin and are more than happy to make the drive to Westlake for these experiences! Thank you!!!!

Miracle Workers! My son was TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. Hes ten and finally over it. All these years though, the entire staff at Westlake Pediatric Dentistry from Dr. Raymond to the hygienists to the office staff treated us with patience, kindness, and truly excellent care. They are simply amazing, the BEST pediatric dental practice in Austin, bar none!

With my son being autistic I have had hard times finding him a good dentist. One that is willing to work with him not against him. Here at Westlake Pediatric Dentistry the Dentist and Dental Assistance was wonderful with my son, they made it more like a game than an actual checkup. My expectations were exceeded for our first timer to the dentist! The staff and Dr Raymond were so great with my daughter that they were able to do everything they needed on my strong-willed 2.5 yr old (that hates going to the dr). Thank you for starting out our dentist experience on such a positive note. Highly recommend!

They definitely have an effective and efficient process down. The staff is always helpful. My kids love the games they have to play while waiting. Its a great system. Sometimes I wish they would spend more time with the cleanings but I guess that is indicative of clean healthy teeth.
