The first exam was so painful. The hygienist struggled while taking my mouth x-rays, very inexperienced. It was so painful my mouth hurt for two days afterwards. They make you sign a waiver saying that transfer of personal files is a $25 charge. Of course, Ive transferred to another Dentist and paid the fee -- still have not received my records. The work outlined by the dentist was very aggressive, after a second opinion realized that the work he had proposed was extensive. My boyfriend had a similar experience at this office, so we will not be returning.
