Have been going to Dr. Rana in Lincoln Park for many years. I have never had an insurance or financial issue - and if I did have a question or potential problem, it was answered/resolved promptly. That being said... Always professional, friendly, helpful service by professional, friendly, helpful staff. From the front desk to the hygienists to Dr. Rana, everyone really cares about not just your oral health, but also about you as a whole person. They acknowledge and reinforce your (good) dental-related habits when youre doing well and non-judgmentally give you advice, suggestions, and instructions on what to do better (including how and/or which devices to use or add to your routine) if they find any issues. They also always ask about you and your general health, making sure theyre aware of any problems/conditions you may be dealing with short- or long-term. They see and treat you as a whole human being and also understand and care about the effect one issue may have on another -- and take that into account when providing you with service, treatments, and advice. Many years ago I tried several other area dentists - the difference is night and day. Now, Id never go anywhere else. Would recommend Comprehensive Dental to anyone.

I had the absolute worst experience ever with this dentist. I had a root canal done. He missed part of the root. I went back and he did it correctly. He charged $1100 for that. At that time I gave him $700 and agreed to pay the balance in two weeks when we put the cap on. A week later the tooth broke in half and my gum was bleeding. I called but he was on vacation, so I went to another dentist for an emergency extraction, which cost another $550. When he got back I tried to speak to him in regards to how we could handle this, but his secretaries kept saying he was too busy to talk. I ask for a refund and they basically told me to go scratch. Then they had the audacity to put the $400 balance on my credit report. Horrible dentist with horrible business practices.

Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, and Great Office. Dr. Rana is very professional and his staff is amazing. His office is up to date, clean, with free coffee in the waiting room, a kids play area, and a remote to change the channel on the TV. He also has TV screens in each examination room so while you sit and get your teeth cleaned you can pass some time. I also found that when you look up, there are postcards from all over the world on the ceiling! Nice touch. Overall, I will continue to have Dr. Rana as my dentist of choice.

The comprehensive dental team is the most pleasant to do business with! They really care about their patients and will do anything to keep you satisfied. They always accommodate you and if you need an emergency appointment they will do their best to get you in right away! Dr. Rana is extremely professional and is very knowledgeable. The place is clean and equipped with high technology. I totally recommend this dentist... I promise you, you wont regret it! I travel 1 hour to visit them... That should say enough.

Dr Rana and staff are one of the best dental offices in New Jersey. Dr Rana is professional, honest, caring, philanthropic and continues to stay on top of the new trends in the dental industry. I use to be terrified to go to the dentist, until I met Dr. Rana! He is the best dentist in NJ and I would recommend him and his entire staff! They are very friendly, clean, and most importantly gentle! He has two locations, so go check him out and see for yourself. Also, they are always on time and very accommodating.
