The customer service I received left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I called as a new patient to make an appointment. I was transferred to a woman that had a condescending manner over the phone who refused to help me. She asked multiple questions regarding the details of my insurance, when I advised I was unsure because I was new to the plan, she told me I needed to call my carrier. I asked if she can call because she knew what information she was looking for and she refused. I am a professional and this is NOT how you treat new patients. Perhaps there should be a meeting regarding how to treat and greet new patients whenever one presents itself over the phone. If this was just as an initial point of contact, I cant imagine how it is in-office. I am taking my business elsewhere!

My best friend recommended Dr. Spitzer to me around sixteen years ago. I am so very grateful to her because from my very first appointment with them many years ago to my most recent appointment a couple of days ago I have always been extremely happy and satisfied with everyone from the reception area to all the people connected with their office. They are always so friendly that going there is like going to family. Whenever I encountered a problem with my teeth they always saw me immediately & took care of my problem. Dr. Spitzer fixed my front teeth that I have always been embarrassed by to my beautiful teeth that I have now and I smile & laugh all the time. Both my children are also patients of Dr. Spitzer and they love going here too. Thank you all so very much!

I am so pleased to have found Spitzer Dental Design! I went in for a Invisalign consultation, and met with Dr. Zachary Spitzer. He took his time with me and really listened to my needs.I knew he was the right Doctor to trust and work with, and I was a perfect candidate for Invisalign. The whole process took about seven months. My teeth are perfect now! I rave about Dr. Spitzer to everyone, his work is outstanding and he is a first class doctor! The office staff is extremely professional and friendly. Dr. Spitzer was always on time for each appointment I never had to wait. I drive from Bergen County, 35 minutes to his office. This was one of the greatest investments I made in myself.

Dr. Spitzer has been my husband and my dentist for 30 years. I have many dental issues from childhood and over the years, he has maintained my teeth to reduce tooth loss and keep my teeth healthy. Donna does an outstanding job in keeping my teeth and gums healthy and clean. And you could not have a better admin staff than Gail and crew. Its a great dental office. The people are not just professional and responsive to your needs but are outstanding as a dental practice. There is total comfort in knowing that the highest standards of excellence are used in all of the dental care they provide. My husband and I would not go anywhere else. Thanks for our smiles!

My dentist recently passed away and was referred to Dr. Spitzer, I honestly was rubbed the wrong way when I first went in, maybe because I thought here we go all about $$$. Let me tell you I was WRONG!!! The staff is the most courtesy and professional staff I have ever dealt with. From the phone calls, text to confirm appointments, Jen cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Spitzer taking care of all of my needs and repairs. Ive been coming here for years for routine cleanings and its always been a great experience (as great as going to the dentist can be). The hygienist is always friendly, professional, and gentle in her work. The front desk staff are also fantastic and friendly as well. In terms of bi-annual cleanings, Dr. Spitzer and his son round out the practice with professionalism and great bedside manner. If asked, I would recommend this practice to a friend.

I cant recommend Dr. Spitzer highly enough. I originally saw Dr. Spitzer for an Invisalign procedure and not only was I absolutely pleased with the result...my teeth are finally straight from top to bottom...but he and his staff were all very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly throughout my many visits! I now see Dr. Spitzer regularly for all dental needs and no longer dread visits to the dentists office! Five stars!

My Family is going to Dr. Spitzer for many many years. Dr. Spitzer and and Now Jeffrey Spitzer are the best dentist in the area. They take their time with each patient and explain everything in detail The staff is very professional. The office is clean and spacious. The wait is never more than 10 minutes. My family love going to Spitzers offices. The Hygenists are also very friendly and pleasant.

Came back to this office approximately 3 years after they did a crown for me because my crown came out. They wanted to charge me $75 to replace the crown, which is petty and insulting, especially since a crown should last longer than 3 years. NEVER use this office. After what they charged me for the crown, only to have it fall out 3 years later and then ask me to pay for their mistake? What a joke.
