STAY AWAY from this place!!! This has to be the absolute worst dental office I have ever been to in my life. First off the staff is completely impersonal and cold. They exude not wanting to be there and in my opinion could care less about being in the health profession. The first time I was there I waited almost 2 hours in order to get a set of x-rays. To top it off they lost my x-rays and I had to come back in for another set. When I eventually saw a doctor, he seemed to be of the same ilk as the receptionist and the other staff members: cold and unfriendly. I honestly cant believe how such an individual can feel good about doing what they do. I guess the answer is simple: they dont care. After all was said and done I was told I needed to see a specialist. It took over 1.5 months and a dozen phone calls for this place to get the right information to my insurance company so I could get approval to see a specialist. I suppose it may be my fault for going here in the first place, but whatever you do, do not go here for anything! BE WARNED: STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this dentists office. So bad, in fact, that I never actually made it to see the dentist.... I made an appt for lthis week at 6pm. I called that morning to confirm the time. an hour later i received a vmail asking if i could come in at 5 or 5:30 instead. i agreed to come in at 5:30. At 5:32 I called and explained that I couldnt find the office. The Secetary then informed me that the dentist had just left for the day and that he took his last patient for the day at 5:15. of course I was LIVID. the secretary offered NO APOLOGY or explanation as to why I had not been informed sooner. or why I had been scheduled at that time in the first place. She did, however, reschedule me for the following day. I went on my lunch break and waited in the "waiting room" for 1 hour and 45 minutes before finally leaving without having seen the dentist. I will NOT go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Just like everyone else,stay away! Been here twice to use the insurance and took my daughter to my own dental office and what a difference! being in a mall made me think it was nice. I myself am an office manager for a dental office and i can tell you thus place is beyond dirty, the frobt desk was not polite. When the dr. Came into the room for my 8 yr. Old daughter, she asked me why i was there which was for a general check up. Being that shes 8, theyndid not take any xrays, in which they should have. What kind of office doesnt take xrays unless its requested hy the parents? When the dr. Came in, she didnt even do a complete exam and my daughtes cleaning only lasted 30 seconds, which let me remind you she has 24 teeth in her mouth. After my daughter was done, that wasnit. After inleft, me being a manager of my own dental office, i looked at my daughters teeth and they werent even cleaned properly. Wont ever return nor reccomend to anybody.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! If you have a life you want to live and value your time DO NOT COME HERE ! If expect a dr office to be clean and make you feel comfortable DO NOT COME HERE . If you used to customer services and friendly staff DO NOT COME HERE ... if you work hard for your insurance and coverage DO NOT COME HERE. I can not stress enough the point of avoiding this place at all cost. Yes its conveniently located in the mall but they are a waste of time . Always behind by an 1, never acknowledged you, dr invited someone into the room to talk about her newborn as he was cleaning my teeth , he was rude, rushed and painful . DO NOT COME HERE

these people are extremely lazy they walk around as if theyre half asleep. Once I arrived I wasnt even greeted It took 20 min before I was greeted. I have no other choice but to wait my daughter has pain in her mouth. The sink in the hall way was dirty. Oh the girl at front desk were extremely unprofessional. I have yet to see a dentist on staff they all look like students. Oh IM wrong it seems the dentist was Chit-chatting at front desk while she had two patients waiting.

To what Ive experienced the past reviews are accurate, I went to become a new patient. Two people were behind the counter, one was on the phone and the other looked like a dental assistant or dentist. Which I came to see if they took my insurance and was told repeatedly told to call their phone number. I took off after waiting 20min for the receptionist to get off the phone after reading the reviews of them being rude.

Im writing this review while Ive been waiting over 2 hours for my daughter to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous! The receptionist was very short with me because Im not the only one waiting and people are circling asking how much longer is the wait. Seems convenient because they are in the mall and have Sunday hours but I have wasted a good portion of my afternoon now. And by the way, were still waiting!!!

Very unsanitary. Rips in the chairs and place was filthy. Dentist told me i needed a root canal. Went to my original dentist that doesnt take my insurance anymore for a second opinion. He told me absolutely nothing was wrong with my tooth. Just a slight crack from over time. Dentist was really nice as a person, but defiantly not a trust worthy place. Its in the mall -- enough said.

I would give zero starts if I could. Im waiting for two and a half hours and and there is no sign of the dentist. Scheduling people say its the dentists fault and the assistant says its the schedulers fault. Both are unapologetic and rude. Such a poorly run place. Dont waste your time/money coming here.

Took for ever for an appt. Twice in the office the machine did not work or they did not have the right equipment to complete the procedure that after the office took forever to send the rigth paper work to get the approval from the insurance. Do not recommend this office not even to my dog

If I could, I would give it NO star. Worst place Ive ever been to. I also came here because it took my insurance. Only one doctor in the office and wait time is horrible!! Even with an appt. you better be prepared to wait 2 hours just get get taken to the back and wait another hour!

Terrible service. The waiting time is too long. Theyre not polite at all. It a terrible business theyre running and I dont know how theyre still in business. The Indian women assistance and Spanish one could learn some manners. But the dentist themselves are good

I wish I could give them zero. Got an appointment at 3, got to be in work at 4, and get told there is a 2 hour wait due to walkins. Then why even have appointments. All I need is a dental mold.
