I loved the eye doctor he was wonderful with my son! But the front desk is a nightmare I walked in as soon as I signed in I was treated as if I made the girl at register upset! Not sure what I had done my son confirmed saying well she wasnt very nice mom! I over looked that because working in customer service I totally understand we all have bad days! As I waited which I will say was decently timed and we were back to doctor in no time! The doctor was extremely kind and good with my son! Could not ask for better treatment as we came out chose our frames which on their sign says buy one get one free has to be equal or greater than the price of the first frames. It is the only reason I go here because it is such a great deal I was then told by the associate that I would have to pay 50%of the second frames I said well what about the deal on the board she argued with me pretty much telling me I was wrong I said well if you sign says that you should honor the deal not argue with customer........But again I overlooked because I was satisfied with the one pair that my insurance paid for which I do understand Vision works has overly priced to fit the price 10 to 20 dollars over what your insurance will pay they think that is a clever tactic when in fact as a educated customer it is insulting! I then get the spill on the transitions and the Anti-glare options and warranty I decline the transitions but accept the Anti-Glare and decline the warranty......before I accept the Anti-Glare I specifically ask how much is that extra the woman looks at me and says 61.00 which I say ok I can handle that so I say add it too his glasses, okay my insurance pays for 150.00 worth of frames the one that my son picked out was 159.00 so 9 or 10 dollar difference for what he wants is worth it to me again strategically priced just right outside of your insurance budget to make a quick buck!I will say I have good vision insurance so they pay for exams for free so no charge should have ever been given to me for those things and I am running a tally in my mind so 10+61=71 right???? Oh apparently not the grand total is 180.00 I instantly said no way why so high are you charging me for an exam or test??? I want to understand why so high? The girl instantly scrambles clicking away on a keyboard that I can not see which I did not like because anything I cant see usually means their intentions are not honorable in my business morals but she keeps telling me well it would have been 419.00 ummmm, no it would never be that much because I pay for insurance and I am educated on what my insurance will and wont cover! It would be that much if I had no insurance but that is not my case!! Again another sale tactic that I do not like because it is dishonest! Misleading the customer to believe something that is not true actually lets call it as it is a lie! Plain and simple! So again frantically clicking away and trying to guilt me for correcting the situation I am told over and over that now my son has a down graded version of Anti-Glare so he is not getting the premium....(rolling my eyes) You know again I dont like being lied to I know this if you have anti-glare well plain and simple ya got it there is not difference you can not "get a better" version of this option that infuriated me because she was being nasty and upset because I caught her underhandedly trying to get one over on me and she kept saying I gave you discounts! So the new grand total with all the attitude behind it was 75.94 WOW oh my goodness that matches my figures that is amazing!! Your customer service ladies need to stop working on commission because all the competition is causing them to be fraudulent with good customers I wonder how many older men and women have come in there and been robbed by greedy customer service reps!! This is not good business and it for sure is not how you treat customers at all if they tried to do it to me who else are they doing it to! Just to be top salesperson of the month and to get a bonus!! This customer will never be back to bad cause great eye doctors

I loved the lady who ordered and set up my glasses for me to have made. Older woman with blonde hair. Loved the optometrist too. That girl that processes insurance and takes the information made me feel like I was trash. Told me I didnt have good insurance before she ever ran it. Ive had the same every year for yrs. she "told me off" and argued with me so I called the number on my card. She hadnt gotten finished answering my question before the insurance girl let me know that everything was ok. I bought over 1000.00 worth of glasses (2 pair) for 420.00. BAM! Customer service is great except for that reception/insurance area. Wish I had looked at her name. Brown hair, shoulder length or shorter,skinny, 25-30, rude! Most businesses cant afford to throw away business. Will I be back? Prob. Will I let her wait on me? No!

Horrible, horrible, horrible service and unfriendly staff... Having all the information about my insurance plan it still took them 20 minutes just to figure out my out of pocket price. The selection of glasses is very poor but the prices are way too high. Since I couldnt find anything I liked I asked for a copy of my prescription so I could use it to order my glasses somewhere else. First they ignored my request then gave me a piece of paper without any signature, data or doctors stamp on it. Only when I questioned them again and again they fixed it. Obviously, they wanted me to buy glasses from them but with this kind of service I am not going back for sure.

Staff is lazy. Bad customer service. Called about 5 times, 20 minutes before scheduled closing time to let them know I was basically coming to spend my money there. Each call was ignored. By the 3rd call, they started picking up the phone and hanging it up (I guess after getting tired of hearing it ring). In person, once youre within an hour of closing time you can count on not being properly assisted and waiting twice as long as you would at another location. Only reason I would go back is for the free frame re-adjustment, which is done properly there only by luck of the draw. Wouldnt advise wasting your time or money here.

Despite the day being busy, I made an appointment at 2 and was in at 2. The front desk was professional but not as warm as the optometrist. We were able to joke around as well as finish my eye exam quickly. They serve tea & coffee while you wait and allowed me to try several colour contacts before choosing one brand. They did not try to "sell" me more boxes than I needed and Im glad I went there.

Staff is very unfriendly and kept making fun of the customers behind their back. Most of the frames offered can be found online for way less than what theyre sold here for. Dont get ripped off and take your business somewhere else.
