I arrived promptly for my appointment, and it took almost 45 mins for the optometrist to see me. The clinic was NOT busy. In fact. my fiancee and I were the only ones in the lobby. During initial conversation, the optometrist asked me if I was wearing my contacts, which I was because I have incredibly poor vision. The attendant, who had run my essential exams, measured me with my contacts in, meaning Id have to redo all my exams. She NEVER asked me if I was wearing contacts. Also, she works in a vision clinic and DID NOT NOTICE I was wearing contacts. After the quickest appointment Ive ever had, he gave my results and gave me a trail pair to wear. I wore them for about 3-4 days and then called to order contacts. The woman who answered told me they were incredibly busy and would return my call. She never did. I then called again, told her my call was not returned for which she did apologize on behalf of her company, and then placed my order. After waiting over a week and half for my contacts to arrive, I called asking when they should arrive. She explained they do not place order until they believe they received enough orders. ITS NOW BEEN WAY OVER TWO AND HALF WEEKS, AND I AM STILL IN THE TRAIL PAIR, bc I am waiting for the contacts I ordered. These contacts are designed to last that long. I waited three more days to see if my contacts had arrived, and THE PHONE IS OFF THE HOOK. IVE CALLED 5 TIMES. LITERALLY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE IVE EVER RECEIVED FROM AN EYE CLINIC. And, this is coming from someone who has used contacts/glasses for more than 20 years. UNACCEPTABLE.

I would like to say that my experience with Dr. Clark and his staff is always great,they are very professional and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Clark for many years and will continue to do so. He and his staff make you feel at home,no they may not be your usual uptight Dr.s office,yes the Dr. and his staff talk in between patients,are they supposed to not talk to each other? and yes they may even laugh-oooooh! Im puzzled that someone would wait 3 years to give a review if their experience was so bad? I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at 2020 Vision,theyre awesome!

Today was my first time getting an exam at 20/20 vision. However, my family has been coming here since they moved here maybe 3 years ago and each time has been better than the last.. Its very professional and they get you in and out all while making sure you leave satisfied.. Not to mention I got a pair of polo frames for a little to nothing.. You may have to wait a week for an exam but its definitely worth it..

My daughter and I visited this office about three years ago. The doctor and his assistants were unprofessional. During the time my daughter and I were there, the doctor and his assistants spent a good bit of time gossiping at the front desk. The staff was also impolite. I have not been back.
