The eye exam was fine but the cost of the eye glasses was astronomical. I have friends without insurance that pay less then I did with insurance. They were recommended by my eye insurance but I will never go back. They also promised Id have new glasses in a week and it took well over two weeks. Twice they told me they would be done that day or the next day and then nobody called back. When the glasses were finally done, nobody called me I had to contact them. I was told I couldnt pick my glasses up on a Saturday, so I will have to take off work to go pick them up. Not a good experience at all.

I have gone here for an annual exam the last two years and had a great experience both times. Dr. Swenson is friendly and knowledgeable and everyone else in the office is warm and welcoming. Clean, organized space and the cost is as expected for a thorough exam. Highly recommend!

Eye Contact has competent optometrists, but you never know, even with insurance, what you are going to be charged. It seems to be at the whim of the optometrist or whoever is sitting at the front desk. I have gone for several years, but will never go back.
