The first red flag was on one of my medical release forms it had a different offices information on it and when I asked the women up front, they told me it was an accident and wrote over it. They took me into a patient room that was literally falling apart and very dirty. There were not ceiling panels and the outlets were taped so they could not be used and the room itself was far from sanitary. There was no privacy or white noise machines, I could hear everything going on with a patient in the next room. After an hour, the woman from the waiting room took me into Dr Tharuks office. There were medical records open, visible to me, and all over his office. He too appeared very unorganized, I could see his midriff and he was not dressed professionally. I sat there waiting while he was typing up another patients prescription in front of me while the nurse was coming in and out talking with him about other patients. He would shout back and forth to the front desk station talking with the colleagues about other peoples personal medical business. I understand that this is a walk in clinic accepting low income patients and state insurance, however I strongly feel it is violating multiple health codes and confidentiality practices and should be investigated. No one, despite their insurance, lack of, or income level, is subject to the mistreatment and lack of medical attention Everyday Medical provided.

The good: Appointments are always same day or next day. Or you can just walk in with not too long of a wait. The woman who handles paper work is very good and friendly. Nurses are pleasant and casual. Theres water in the waiting area so patients can get their 8+ glasses of water per day, and brag about it to the doctor and get a gold star. The not so good: The receptionist is seemingly nice and receptive but has acted unprofessional on a couple of occasions. Whatever though. The nurses all seem to be in training here, which is not a bad thing but a few of the nurses have had technical difficulties drawing blood. And then they have to call in the all star blood drawer. The doctor seemed good and nice at first but subsequent visits have shown some moodiness and patronizing activity. As well as very apparent rushing to get me out of the door. With very short and vague answers to my questions. Regardless i still dont mind seeing this Dr. Multiple Drs there have been forgetful to fill out paperwork. But all in all its a place that takes my insurance, is convenient, and i still like the drs and staff, nobody is perfect. In the end this place gets the job done and i am grateful to have access to medical care when there are billions of people who dont or have very poor medical care. Thank you Bye.

After getting a cat bite and having my hand swell, I chose to come here rather than go to the ER since I didnt deem it an ER level injury. There was no one at the desk, and when she did show up I explained why I was there. She cut me off, rudely asked if Id been there before, gave me paperwork to complete (using the injured hand) and asked if I had my insurance card and photo ID. I gave the completed paperwork to her, my hand now throbbing. She THEN told me since the techs werent there, the doctor might not be able to help me, and told me to sit down, leaving my information out for anyone to see and copy as she went around the stack of files to continue putting patient files away. I moved my information. After sitting down, I was again called up to the desk and told by someone else, that since they dont give tetanus shots, Id have to go to the ER. Since Ive had a recent one, I knew this was false but since I now had no faith in their competence I took my paperwork and left. Do you think she could have listened at the beginning and let me know before wasting 20 min?

The reason I am writing this review is to warn and protect others from the neglect this clinic has proven toward the patients. Mt son went there with an abscess in his tonsils, not only the doctor (Dr. Ahmed) had no clue about it, but he didnt see my son for 30 seconds. I am appalled at the degree of carelessness he showed toward my son as a human been. He assumed of a sore throat, but how can you assume without a thorough visit, my insurance pays for it and this is why pay my insurance. . My son had a huge pocket of abscess and went though excruciating pain. How can you not see this as a doctor. Why are these doctors being paid and not doing their job, let alone the concern for human life. Why are these doctors getting paid and dont deliver services. I thank God my son went to another doctor who saved his life before the infection had reached other parts of the body. The girls at the front desk and nurses assistants were nice.

Never again. I was there for an 11:30am appointment. I was there for almost two hours waiting to be seen by the only doctor on staff. I got called into the room after being there for an hour and a half already and all they did was check my heart rate and blood pressure and walked out saying the doctor would be in shortly. After 30 minutes of waiting in the room, no one shows up and I ask someone how long the doctor would be in and was told 30 or so additional minutes but when we looked around, there were people twiddling their thumbs and on their phones texting. I walk up to the desk to talk to someone and leave because at that point, no one is showing interest in doing anything and they had told me at the front the doctor would only be 10 more minutes, despite the same woman saying itd be 30+ minutes just 5 minutes before then. Im so disappointed with this first visit and it will certainly be my last one there.

This place is dirty. I had an appointment for 11:30 and didnt get seen til well after 1pm. This was the first time I went there looking for a PCP. The nurses (if you wanna call them that) didnt know you should not use a childs band when taking an adult blood pressure, which in return the doctor wanted to treat me for High Blood pressure. They also take blood there, except the nurses cant find the viens so they called someone else in to help.... the receptionist from out front. I am a very good judge of character..Please dont use this place. I am still without a PCP because I refuse to use someone that makes me feel uncomfortable and acts as though doesnt know what is going on. If you have regular insurance you have options.. if you have charter oak.. good luck its hard to find someone!

I really dont recommend going here. Nurse couldnt even pronounce my name which is a fairly simple task and mentioned that the weighing scale was off but still used the weight it recorded for my paperwork, a little strange if they plan on prescribing any medicine. My major problem with the place is that no one wore gloves while handling me including when taking blood. Any bandages or gauze they used to wipe up any blood wasnt thrown in the bio-hazard bin but simply the regular trash. The nurse taking my blood was coughing heavily and had an apparent skin condition (again wore no gloves). And like someone posted before me the place was filthy and the nurse failed to hit my vein on multiple tries. Be careful.
