Services sucks. I comes almost every 2 months, with my work schedule its hard for me to make an appoiment. I comes early but because i do not have an appoiment they take very ling time to take care of me. I do not got free services i do have to pay. They should have a person for people with appoiment and another one for those have no appoiment. I wish i can go to lab corp services at lab corp always been awsome. Worst services ever i was 13 minutes away , no 45 min latter i went back to 23 min.

I recently came to this Quest due to having a bad experience with the quest on Hoffner and Semoran Boulevard. This quest is actually clean, well maintained, staff is super friendly and nice. They are also good with children. I didnt have an appointment, but I only waited for 15 minutes. Which is not bad compared to other quest that make you wait 30 minutes to an hour.

Arrived at 6:30 am without an appointment, patient intake was courteous, the facility was clean, staff was professional. I have tiny, tiny veins, which was no problem at all for Nora. In the future I will make an appointment and request Nora, she was professional and compassionate.

Great service! Showed up with no form and no insurance card (only a picture on my phone) and they were able to help. I didnt have an appt. and waited for like less than 10 minutes. I requested a Dr.s note after the procedure and the clerk gave it to me within seconds. Thanks a lot!

Ive never had to wait more than a couple of minutes, and Ive never had an appointment. I have to get blood drawn every month. They are professional, personable, and pleasant. :)
