My daughter had an appointment today, the orthadontist was very short with us, didnt answer my questioms, didnt explain anything and barely looked into my daughters mouth. Very disappointed in our experience! Just wanted to set up another appt for xray and molds, I dont know why he couldnt do that at todays appt? The drive is 40 mins. for us, also the soonest they could get us back in was 10 weeks away. I felt a rude vibe from the assistant and orthadontist and we will not be returning. I hope he doesnt treat all children that way.

Its okay but they can be very rude. Just make sure to brush your teeth before each appointment - that is a warning
