I have been going to this office for years now. Also for years my insurance provided by my job has been changing. Recently I went to the office for a cleaning and needed to update my insurance. During the cleaning they found a cavity and gave me an invoice before the removal. I asked why this cavity removal would cost so much. Both the staff and the dentist told me it was because every tooth is priced different to insurers. After I left I couldnt shake the thought out of my head. I called my insurer and they told me this office was Out of Network. I couldnt believe it but according to the insurance rep, most dental offices will not tell you that youre out of network unless you specifically ask. They trick you by saying youre covered. This is exactly what happened. This office left me with a really bad impression. I feel ripped off. They would risk losing a patient just for 1 extra visit. No thanks.

Visited Watson Dental for the first time because of an issue with my wisdom teeth. Everybody there is so nice, friendly and super helpful. They worked with my insurance and helped me navigate through my coverage. It was a very pleasant experience and the women there are amazing. Jo, Nicolette and Tanya were especially nice and welcoming, they took time to make sure I had everything in order and that my overall experience was beyond satisfactory; I could tell that they clearly love their job and are assets to the team. My mother was there with me and, after witnessing how professional and kind they were, has also gotten herself an appointment. The team here is great and the environment very warm and inviting, Id happily recommend this place to any one of my friends and family members. Wish I could rate the place 6 stars.

Dr. Sangalang-DDS and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful!! I have had such painful and frightening childhood dentistry experiences that left me so fearful and ashamed that I would only sit in the chair for emergencies, adding to the deep rooted paranoia and a mouth full of trouble. Docs caring, compassionate and genuine personality AND his team prioritized my dental needs, a conservative approach, pain-free dentistry, guilt-free - he was just glad that I came in! And now I am on my way to a great smile. Equally as important, I am not scared anymore, I no longer ask for the gas to calm me down, I actually look forward to coming, love every single one of them to pieces because they all truly care about me and my family!! After visiting a very unprofessional place and a place that was a bit too much like a car dealership i found watson dental. The dentist, hygenist, receptionist and entire staff are beyound amazing and extremly knowledgeable. Everyone is incredibly friendly and attentive. They get very personal and know the patients. They have several options to help with payments whether you have insurance or not and go out of the way to make sure your dental health come first. After several visits including; 2 extractions, fillings, fixed chipped front tooth, cleanings I am beyound satisfied with the work and am returning again. I have and would recommend to my friends and family. The pricing is better than the other local dentist that i have visited as well. A++

My family of 4 (including a 6.5 & 3.5 year old) has been using Dr. Watson, and now Dr. Sangalang for the last 5 years. Their service is always wonderful, all the staff is incredibly friendly and easygoing. That is great, but what impresses me the most is that we always know we are getting wonderful dental care. Never once have I felt that they recommended a service that was not necessary. We have gone to other dentists who sell "deep cleanings", etc. This is just a regular dentist office (with all the great technology upgrades), but who clean your teeth normally for your regular check-up. There are no scams here, just incredibly honest, caring people. I highly recommend them!

My boyfriend had to have an emergency surgical extraction on a wisdom tooth. Being a worried girlfriend I called around looking for a good dentist to do it. I called the office before hours and was greeted with a message telling me the number to call if it was an emergency. I called the number and spoke with a very nice man who took down all my information as well as my boyfriends contact information. I later found out that I had talked to Dr. Gabriel Joshua Sangalang, who as soon as he got to his office had the receptionist Jalica call my boyfriend right away and set up an appointment for the next morning. The staff was great and my boyfriend feels great now!

The staff here are AMAZING! From the front desk to the doctors, its like a well oiled machine! Everyone is super friendly and very professional. Sherri (dental assis.) and Lisa (front desk) are extremely helpful and very proficient at their respective jobs. Sherri made my temporary crowns and they were extremely comfortable to wear and fit perfectly! Dr. Sangalang is very knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, has a gentle touch. I highly recommend this place, especially for those who are nervous about going to the dentists!

The professionalism of the office staff here is outstanding. Julissa is so welcoming and is always so enthused about her duties...I absolutely love her. Sarah does excellent work on my teeth and is so gentle, yet gets the job done. Dr. Sangalang is such a great Dentist...every appointment Ive had, he is always so thorough and asks if I understand everything that I had done. I cannot express how grateful I am for Watson Dental. I highly recommend this practice and I dont plan on going anywhere else anytime soon!

This is a dental office where you will find a group of professionals who take pride in the work they do and the people they care for. They exhibit real attention to detail and take the time to ensure that your needs and concerns are taken care of at all times. And when an emergency comes along, they find a way to see you immediately and rearrange what they are doing to get everything right and get you on your way. These are really nice people and you will actually find yourself happy to go to the dentist.

Excellent dental care and friendly service. I have been going to Dr. Watson for almost 27 years. His service, expertise and the always friendly helpful staff makes a visit to the dentist a pleasant experience. Dr. Watson has always kept up with the newest innovations and techniques in the field. His professionalism and personal service to the patients needs is always appreciated as he tailors the treatment to the individual. I highly recommend his office to anyone and have several times over the years.

I just came back from seeing Dr. Sangalang at Watson Dental Care and was very impressed .I went in for a consultation and the Dr. took so much time with me and I never felt rushed. He answered all of my questions and put me completely at ease. I am a very nervous person when I go to a dentist but didnt feel that way at his office. His assistant and office staff were wonderful as well. Before going in I read all the reviews about his office and they were all wonderful. I can now understand why.

Wow! Talk about exceptional.. from the moment I walked in the door and met Diane at the front desk to Andrew taking care of my every need , and the ever impressive Dr. Sangalang. I was so well taken care of with my cleaning, and I had 2 crowns, and 2 fillings done at all at once. No pain, and no worries! So impressed by this entire staff and office I actually look forward to coming back! Ill never go anywhere else. Thank you for making everything so pleasant!!! <3
