Before my initial visit I checked with Cigna to make sure that Kissimmee Family Dentistry was in my network and they absolutely were. My first appointment was August 18th for my initial consultation with x-rays. At this point they assigned me to a dentist who wasnt pictured on the wall; but I thought to myself: "why should that be a problem, everyone is going out of their way to be friendly" so I made my second appointment. At this point they already charged my insurance so it would have been perfectly clear that this new dentist wasnt In-Network, still nothing was said. Second appointment, the finance person has a sit down to discuss my treatment showing me numbers which all look great. Still, nothing was said that this new doctor was out of network. I get the work done that my dentist suggested, pay my portion with a credit card and make my third appointment. So its September 21st and I check my Cigna statement and see that all this work was Out of network and now I have no benefits for the rest of the year AND I owe 765 to either the office or Cigna. The dentist was GREAT! The office staff GREAT! But dont you think they could have told me they were out of network before continuing my treatment. Seems like the honest thing to do. Oh and by the way, the dentist they assigned me IS in my network - but since shes no longer at the other office I guess Cigna thinks otherwise. Would have been nice to know that Kissimmee Family Dentistry!!!

Michael Turner was my dentist for 7 years starting in 1989. I came to him after not seeing a dentist for 13 years and he did a lot work to fix all the issues I had. My current Dentist here in California always compliments Dr. Turners work and recently had to dismantle a bridge he built for me that lasted 26 – 27 years. ( I cracked the back tooth). Dr. Michael Turner not only does amazing work but he takes such care with the patients. He gives painless shots and helps you to feel comfortable and relaxed. He has a fun personality and truly loves his work. I’ve send many a friend to him and he did a beautiful front tooth replacement for my brother in Florida. My brother was so pleased. If you are afraid of the Dentist or nervous about going, Dr. Michael Turner is a Dentist to trust. He does beautiful work that (both) my California dentists have complimented and I am sure they are a little bummed because they have not had to replace or remove any other work he did. It lasts and looks great.

The overall environment of the facility makes you feel comfortable and more at ease. Dr. Patrick Mokris is very kind and compassionate towards what his patients are going through at the time of each visit. His staff are fantastic extremely friendly, and will help you any way they can to ease the stress of being at the dentist. The administrative staff are amazing; they are always filled with smiles and warm conversation, and take time to answer any question you might have. Everyone there makes you feel like they care more about you instead of the money they receive, even though the money is what keeps the place running. I used to go to Hunters Creek Dental and they were very inconsiderate and rough and kept over charging me. Plus they took forever during each session while at the office. I would recommend Kissimmee Family Dentistry any day, you wont be disappointed.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Turner at Kissimmee Family Dentistry for over 10 yrs. Dr. Turner and his staff are very professional. Dr. Turner is so good, I have had many procedures from fillings, to root canals, to tooth removal. All were done without pain. He is an expert in his field. The staff is also very professional and caring. We are so happy to have found Dr. Turner and will not go to anyone else. Thank you.

I love, love, love, Dr. Aebli and my hygienist Angela. If you want professional services a friendly caring staff then look no further.
