So I had a broken tooth went in to see the dentist they gave me an x-ray and said I had an infection gave me amoxicillin for the infection and gave me a pain medicine that conflicted with what my primary care physician gives me went back to the dentist the next day two have them change the prescription they were unwilling to and then find out that they cancelled my appointment and pushed it out a week granted Im a guy but I dont tolerate pain very well especially when I have ice pick stabbing me in my jaw when I tried to talk to the dentist I was greeted by the receptionist who was very rude and blaming me for being in pain very unwilling to help called 1 800 dentist and they got me into see a different dentist in my area who accepted my insurance and the same day they pulled the tooth that was giving me problems alleviating my pain instead of prolonging it like this office did be forewarned if you go to this office not saying that everyone has bad experience but I know I am not alone as they have left others suffering

I have been going to Sebring Family Dentistry for a few years now. I have always been treated professionally and I like Dr Jenkins and her staff. The first time I went was the $99 special and they told me about a dental plan to save money. I signed up for the dental plan and I am very pleased with how it works. They do a good job and never make me feel like I am pressured to get extra things done to my teeth. I have had different Hygienists work on me and every one of them have been very good. I am a "snow bird" and have decided to use this dentist all the time instead of my dentist up north.

My best friend had an appointment to finish up a wisdom tooth job that she had already paid for in advance. With each appointment she has been told to reschedule. This has happened at least 4 times. No paying customer should be treated this way especially when they have to take off school or the parent has to take off work to bring them just for to be told to reschedule. If you make an appointment with a customer then keep it, if you cannot then call the customer in advance and explain your reasoning before they waste their time and money.

My daughter has had to have her wisdom tooth now removed for about several months. Its been paid for in advance and every time she goes in for her appointment they tell her that they have to reschedule it for a later time. This is unacceptable and just freakin unprofessional!!!! My daughter has been missing school and there is no notice given until she shows up. Dont go to this dentist, they screw with your time and patience!

I liked Dr. Jenkins and most of her staff, but the billing department was very slow and inaccurate and sent an overdue notice a week after they sent out their first invoice. I had to ask for an itemized invoice and then provide them with all the Explanation of Benefits from my insurance. I feel I was overcharged for x-rays that I advised their office I had done already and the insurance only pays for every (5) years.

Was told it was $99 Special for teeth cleaning. Now they have turned me into collection agency. They dont tell you not to use insurance. Then it was settled with receptionist and I thought dentist and the other receptionist said not after I paid in full. Collection Agency says I need Lawyer when I went to talk to them.

The service has gone downhill over the past year. They always have a new rotation of staff every six months, I havent had the same person work on my teeth yet. Untimately had to find a new dentist because they no longer take my insurance.

My appointment was swift , Dr seemed very nice . I was really impressed with my cleaning and will definitely refer to friends.
