Came to Dr. Brie Fratantonio for a dental implant procedure last year. Inexplicably wasnt prescribed antibiotics, and unsurprisingly, my body rejected the implant. When I asked why I wasnt prescribed antibiotics, she claimed she didnt want to overmedicate, and that the reason for my body rejecting the implant was because Id lost consciousness multiple times throughout the procedure (which never happened). Months later, came in to try the procedure again, and took antibiotics and triazolam in preparation. The dosage of triazolam prescribed was so strong that I needed help getting dressed and walking into the office, and I barely remember most of the morning. When I started questioning Dr. Bries judgement throughout the whole process, she promptly suggested I see another dentist as she didnt feel that she should continue working with me. Im leaving Dr. Bries practice out nearly $2500 with no benefit whatsoever. Dangerously poor judgment and failure to own up to mistakes. Youre much better seeing any of the more qualified dentists in the area.

I came to Dr Nick after years of TMJ pain. I was at the lowest point in my life when I found Dr Nick. Those that suffer with TMJ know the pain really does affect every aspect of your life. Prior to coming to him I had seen a different TMJ specialist and was given a different type of splint to wear. I trusted he knew what he was doing and as a result suffered through wearing it for 6 months hoping the pain would eventually get better but it only got worse...fast forward to now, Ive been wearing the TMJ splint Dr Nick made for me since Decemeber and have been completely pain free for months now. Having a splint that fits correctly truly changed my life. I am a better mom and a better spouse now. Its hard to be either of those when it hurts to even talk. I was not an easy case to deal with but Dr Nick has always been super patient with me, explains everything in great detail, always very positive and motivating and truly does care about the outcome of his patients. I am very thankful to have found him when I did.

I recently went in, as a new patient, to Chesterland Family Dental and was blown away by how friendly the staff is! They got me in right away, no waiting in the waiting room! Every single staff member was so welcoming, it felt as if I had been going there for years. They explained everything they were doing to my teeth as they were doing it, and gave me helpful tips along the way! Not to mention they are super gentle with my teeth, which is very important when finding a good dentist! They went above and beyond to get me what I needed same day and did excellent work! I cant say enough about Dr. Bri and the staff - 5 stars!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a new Dentist!

Everyone I have heard that goes to this office is told they need expensive procedures done. I took my business to another dentist after being told I had two cavities at Chesterland Dental and the new dentist said I did not need any work done. I am tired of seeing this business take advantage of Dr. Rosenburgs amazing reputation because they bought his clients. They are money sucks and I make sure to tell everyone how horribly they try to screw people out of their money.

Chesterland Family Dental isnt just amazing at dental work, but also cosmetic work as well. Ive gone to Dr. Bri for both and she was great! She made me feel extremely comfortable, is very sweet and her attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched. I always love family owned businesses and think they put so much more personalization into their approach and truly care about building relationships with their patients. I highly recommend going there!

CLEAN, FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GENTLE & my teeth sparkled when I left the office! Very pleased and highly recommend them for children and adults. State-of-the art dental equipment and even used warm water upon my request when cleaning my teeth. This really impressed me as I have a few sensitive teeth that dont like being blasted with ice water! LOVE THEM! Could go on, but u get the point! Love them! Kris C

Chesterland Family Dental is the best! From the receptionists fitting me in an emergency, to the assistants to Dr. Brie ate all top notch, very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Excellent care from the best dental team in Chesterland. Dr. Brie is definitely following in the steps of her father Dr. Nick Fratantonio who does absolutely amazing cosmetic work.

Good experience here. Each exam room is private, tvs to watch while getting cleaned or fillings. Staff is nice, gentle. Much better than my old dentist!
