Quiero advertir a los pacientes y contarles a los que quieran tomar un tratamiento de orthodoncia con el Dr Asencio Stanley que el no es orthodoncista solo hace uso de la patente para aplicar estos tratamientos y segun el contrato el no se hace responsable por el resultado por eso les aconsejo antes de firmar lean bien lo cual no hize por confiarme de el y no dominar el ingles. El no solo incumplio con el tratamiento que me ofrecio sino que me dejo con un daño mayor del que tenia y ni con el tiempo pactado y ahora diagnosticada por un especialista en orthodoncia tengo que repetirlo lo que significa dos anos mas y un costo economico y fisico extra.. Una paciente estafada y dañada por este dr que se dice orthodoncista y que no quiero que quede impune y siga dañando a la gente.. I want to warn patients and tell those who want to take a treatment Asencio Orthodontics with Dr. Stanley is not the only orthodontist uses the patent to apply these treatments according to the contract and is not responsible for the outcome so I advise before signing which I does not read well for trusting him and not master English. He not only failed to comply with the treatment offered me but left me with a greater harm than they had and did eventually agreed and now diagnosed by a specialist in Orthodontics have to repeat what it means two years more and economic and physical cost Extra .. a damaged cheated and this is said dr orthodontist and do not want to go unpunished and continue harming people patient ..

Dr. Asensio provided my wife with extremely poor care. She had a permanent retainer on her bottom teeth installed approximately 14 years ago. It recently popped loose on a tooth. She went to Dr. Asensio who charged her $50 to cement it back on. Not even three weeks later it came off again. When my wife called to ask if they would fix it because the last cement job did not last - the staff was extremely rude. They said it was obviously her fault, that she had done something to make it come off. My wife was just sitting at her desk at work when it came loose again. They refused to believe my wife and said they would charge her another $50 to fix it and that Dr. Asensio does not guarantee his work. Dr. Asensio markets himself as an affordable dentist; however, $50 for something that lasted 3 weeks is NOT affordable. We told them we would take our business elsewhere and again they were rude and did not even care. Dr. Asensio clearly did not even offer to have my wife come in and inspect the area first. This review will probably go unnoticed or they will deny it; but whoever may read this we strongly do not recommend Dr. Asensio. Based on our experience he provides inadequate care and does not treat his patients respectfully.

Me and my children have been going to Dr Asensio for 7 years. This Dentist and his staff genuinely care about people! They are down to earth friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dr Asensio makes every effort to ensure you are completely happy with your dental procedures no matter how small! When my PCP told me I needed lung surgery last year they even prayed for me. They have patience, understanding, a well-run office and make each visit a pleasure. I would recommend them at every opportunity. LOVE IT- WOULDNT CHANGE EVEN IF HE WAS OUT OF NETWORK!!! Susan

I love the staff at this office. They are very friendly, including Dr Asensio. Everyone explains everything they are doing and asks to say something if you are uncomfortable. Dr Asensio genuinely cares about the treatment you are getting and wants you to be happy and comfortable. He will only do the right thing for you instead of the more costly thing to be sure you are getting the treatment you need and correctly. I would and have recommended Dr Asensio.

He has the most professional, friendliest, knowledgeable office personnel. I had not been to a Dentist in years and had an emergency. They worked with me and my work schedule. Dr. Asensio explains everything he is doing. I did not feel anything not even the injections. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated as a patient not a $ sign.

Unless he changes his counter staff and the way she talks to people, he will continue to lose business!! Not to mention, he should take better precaution on how his assistants are performing the procedures they are not even qualified to do!!
