time for fun with lolo lolo

My Daughter actually looks forward to going to see Dr. Bertot. He actually has done some major procedures that I know if Dr. Bertot had not been the one to do these I would never get her back into a Dentist office without a level of high anxiety and fear. He has pulled a couple of teeth as well as filled some large fillings to this day I do not believe she knows what a Novocain shot is. When he pulled the last tooth it was on a Friday, he actually personally called me late Friday evening to check up on her and that speaks volumes with me. He has been her Dentist for three years and all three years he was not on my Dental insurance plan but to me it was worth peace of mind to know that he truly cares about each one of his patients and my Daughter was in excellent hands.

I love this office. Dr. Correia is excellent. I can not say enough about her. She is wonderful with the kids and always keeps them at ease. She met with me and my children first and got to know us for a few minutes before jumping right in to their mouths. I really appreciated that. The staff is friendly and the office itself is amazing. It is clean and they offer the kids many "prizes" along the way which can make a not so fun experience something comforting. Prizes meaning a new toothbrush bag full of goodies, a gold coin to pick a prize at the end of the appointment in a cool vending machine and more. I would and have referred many people to this office. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always have an amazing experience here not only for my 13 year old but also with my toddler who has been going just to get his teeth looked at every 6 months since he was about 12 to 15 months old. It also helps to get them used to having there teeth looked at and examined at an early age. I will do the same with our 8 month old when she is a little older. Highly recommend especially since they are pediatric specialized.....the office caters to that population and it shows!!! Thanks Pediatric Dentistry of Central Fl

My son Eiyads dentist was out of town when he chipped his tooth so we were recommended this place as an emergency dentist. My son felt very comfortable the entire time & the staff was wonderful & lovely. The dentist who repaired my sons tooth is Dr. correia and she was amazing! She even called hours after to check up on him. I would highly recommend this place and these dentist. If I could give them more STAR I would. My kids love the friendly staff, enjoy playing games on the iPad in lobby as they wait, and especially like the end of the visit when they trade their name tag for a toy. My kids have been going there since there 1st tooth erupted, now they are 6 & 10. My 6yr old will even tell you that shed rather go to her dentist office than her pediatrician...lol The dental providers are efficient and always give a thorough report after each visit and never hesitate to answer my questions.

I have a 2.5 year old, this was her third visit at this office for a regular cleaning. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff and Dr Mansour. Going to the dentist can be scary for young children, especially with strangers checking their mouth out with weird looking tools. The entire staff is so great with the kids. We are looking forward to our next visit and getting to sit in the " Big Kids chairs." Thanks to the office staff for being so awesome!

A wonderful first visit for my 3yr old daughter. The staff knows how to make both children and parents feel comfortable. My daughters anticipation about her first time at the dentist left her within the first few minutes of being in the building. We are self pay as well and our first visit including examination and treatment was around $150. We opted to wait on xrays for another 6mo otherwise would have been a little more but still doesnt break the bank! Great job!

Our last visit was not good at all... We were told our insurance would cover our three childrens cleanings but a week or so after the visit our card was charged and no one will return our calls. The hygienist that worked on my 7yo was super impatient and didnt even complete a thorough cleaning because my son wasnt cooperating, I guess she doesnt get that its her job to get kids to cooperate. We wont be going back here!

I love Dr. Mansour shes very polite and a great dentist. My kids absolutely love her. The staff is very professional and respectful, they are great with all kids. Finding the perfect dentistry office for kids can be tough but I am so grateful I was referred to this office, this is the perfect dentist office for my kids. Not just Dr. Alma Correia and the technical staff, but the Administrators like Ms. Cathy are delivering exceptional service. I cant say enough positive things about this practice. Both of my sons have autism and the staff at Pediatric Dentistry of Central Florida is fantastic. My boys have been going there for many years starting with Dr. Bishop and now Dr. Betot. We also see Dr. Smith for orthodontics. I highly recommend it!!! Would not even think of going anywhere else.

Dr. Bertot and Dr. Smith are excellent, so are the staff, specially the front ladies, who have to interact with all types of customers and do so in a very professional way (I have been witness in a couple of occasions when very uneducated, spoil rotten customers have been handled with the upmost education and professionalism). Highly recommended.

Ive been bringing my children here for 26 years and I couldnt be happier! We began with our oldest child and still come in with our now 6 foot tall "baby" of the family. Our middle child had a cleft lip and palate and required special care at quite an early age and they referred us to this practice-we happily reported that we were already here!

Dr. Bertot is amazing with Brianna and Ava! They love him so much! Brianna just had 2 cavities filled. He talked her through it step by step and she was calm and it was done so quickly. He is our family pediatric dentist. Jeanne was absolutely wonderful too. You know that your kids are loved here. I just wish I came here when I was a kid! Lol!

Dr. Bertot and his staff are simply amazing. Their level of care and genuine concern for our kids and their oral health is second to none.
