I brought my now ex-wife here and she was from Kazhakstan and spoke Russian and she was in tears and this woman never cried ever other than this one moment. I knew something was wrong. I called the nearest dentist that would take her right away and he and her spoke in Russian on the phone and she handed the phone to me and he said bring her in right away. He fixed the problem no doubt. I was happy. She was thrilled. BUT everything done AFTER that is where this gets bad. I kept coming here cause of that morning phone call. Little did I know I was getting ripped and milked for services I probably didnt need, as did she. I look back and I realized the almost 85K was almost a rip off my 75k or more. I cannot say for certain, but it drove us apart, and it drove me into Bankruptcy. I cannot attest to the wait times. When I went there was almost no one ever there waiting to be seen, and we didnt have to wait more than 10-15 minutes if we ever waited. This was done in 2009. I can attest that the dentist does go on vacations a LOT, and long ones too. Last time I was there I recall him talking about wanting to rent the space next to him. I wish we had gotten 2-3 opinions after that initial visit. Lesson learned. Services done: 1) Root Canal - Her 2) Drilled through prior sealing of prior root canal to pull dead second root not done properly at other dentist in her country - Her 3) Cavity (i think 2) - Her 4) 4 back wisdom teeth - Me (supposedly would impact my teeth) 5) Deep Cleaning - Of course medicine, yadda yadda yadda They got paid by Care Credit

Was going to this dentist for 3 weeks and Had a dental plan so I could get My teeth repaired, and 3 weeks into The dentist became sick and was out for over a month, which delayed me getting my teeth fixed, and causing alot of un-needed pain. The dentist never calls you back when you leave messages and as for the staff english is the 2nd language, Paid $140.00 for an emergency visit because I was in pain only for the dentist to tell me what I already knew and that was I needed a root canal. They did not prescribe strong enough pain medicine and told me If I still had pain to call back and then they could make another emergency visit for me and pay yet another fee for the visit. While at the office I asked to speak to the dentist before I left unsatisfied only for the dental assistant to tell me she was speaking on behalf of the dentist and they would not prescribe me anything for pain.. while still having a huge hole on my right back molar where the nerve is exposed. They are not on the florida Dental association site or any other dental site. I only went to this dentist because it was close to my home and my insurance covered them. Please make sure when looking for a dentist you use and dental association for your state. Places like this will rip u off and leave you still in pain and not get to the source of the problem. If one person reads this and tells someone else then my job is done. thank you!

I have given this place plenty of chances. My husband went first for some cleanings but everytime he went he had to wait anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. Well, theres no doubt the receptionist and the staff are very nice but waiting this long is just ridiculous. I went today to get an exam and cleaning and left 2 hours later with just an exam done because the dentist (who doesnt really know how to run a business based on her lack of apologies) said that the hygeniest was booked! I will never come back to this place and will make sure none of my family or friends step a foot here. I wasnt the only one waiting for 2 hours, there were several patients in the same situation that also ended up leaving. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere... not worth it to give them a chance.

WOW !!!! MY TEETH LOOK GREAT!!!!!! AND FEEL GREAT!!!! SHE DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY TWO FRONT TEETH CROWNS, FOUR FRONT AND FOUR BOTTOM TEETH FILLINGS ,AND ALSO DID CLEANINGS.,HER SHOTS WERE NOT PAINFUL AND SHE DID NOT RUSH HER WORK. SHES SO GOOD YOU DO HAVE TO WAIT SOMETIMES, BUT IT SO WORTH IT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL, GENTLE WORK AND YOU AND YOUR STAFF IS ALL SO NICE. AND FULL OF KINDNESS SEE YOU ALL AT MY NEXT VISIT. Unfortunately after the last good dentist left this practice they have fallen into the trap of the big name dental groups with long wait times, offering treatments which other dentists say are not necessary (2nd and 3rd opinions)

Great experience! Dr. Bermudez is very knowledgeable and made a great treatment plan , the staff are very friendly and they are flexible when scheduling my appointments.

The dentist apparently enjoys taking long vacations (2 weeks at a time), which means you have to wait 2 months for an appointment to be schedule. Avoid this place.
