The front desk was unprofessional and extremely unorganized. I was suppose to have a dental filling done in the office. Made an appointment and went in the office, and the receptionist told me Dentist left an hour ago due to emergency. I understand things do happen, but if the office would be nice enough to make a courtesy call to notify the patient, Id really appreciate it. Unfortunately, no one bother to call. Second time, I arrived in the office 15 minutes earlier, sat down waited for literally one hour, (from 2:15pm to 3:20 pm), and no one called my name. So I went to check with the front desk, her answer was " We crossed out your name and we forget to call you. You should of check with us earlier". Brilliant! Now its the patients fault for your disorganize. I personally think Dr. Song is a good dentist. However, I think I will definitely not going back.- Rebecca R.

This place is a disaster, to begin when you come in the air conditioner is always off, people are sweating while they wait, I was about to pass out, I dont know why? It tells a lot about higiene especially in places that deals with bacteria and germs so yes someone from the health department should look in to that! Then you scheduled an appointment and they call you an hour after. Thats is so disrespectful towards a patient. I mean how many patients to they schedule for the same hour? Definitely I will never go back again and dont recommend it either.

Take away that the office is decorated straight out of the 70s. They do take good care of their patients. This office doesnt try to sell you a bunch of thousand dollar services. They strictly stick to what you need and what you want. I would rate five stars for service how ever the Doctor is a man of few words. The assistants fill in the gaps of information not shared by the Doctor.
