I had always used bostion imaging for my mris and othe imaging needs. I went to get an mri likei always do there (because of all the help problems i have, anyway i knew i had a 250.00 deductable which i paid at the time of service. Well my insurance company paid them 2500 plus my 250.00 deducatable. Well i guess i had a coinsurance of 48.06 my 10% not cover. They stated that they mailed me two letters, (to the wrong addess) then they stated that they left me a message (i didnt recieve) so they put me in collections and reported it to my credit report (which caused my credit score to go down by 40 fica points over 48.06. They claimed that after they left me that message i had only 10 days to reply to them and if i didnt return there call within 10day it is company policy to report you to the credit agencys. I of couse had a message on my answering machine that i had a family emergancy and didnt have my phone with me for 30days. My point being is that they dont give a crap about there paitents i begged and pleded with them to write off the small amount of money and clear up my credit. There response to me was that there wasnt anything they could do, even though i had explained to them that my mother just passed away and i was on a suicide watch in a treatment center for 30days therefore i never got there message. There response to me was "my husband died and i still pay my bills" not very professional or caring. I do pay my bills, but i never recieved one from them i found out that they had reported me to my credit by my monthly credit website that i use. i am very upset by the way they have treated me over 48.06. There are too many other imaging places out there to me treated like this. My suggestion is u find one of those companies who value your buisness and help people out when need in special situation. like i said they made over 2,500 dollars off my insurce plus my 250.00 deductable. I didnt realize that they could afford to loose customers in this economy. I willl never use them again.

I went July 6, 2015 for an MRI at Boston Diagnostics of Altamonte Springs. They were very nice to me. The folks at the front desk are very helpful and the tech took me not long after my appointment time. (Medicine doesnt run exactly on schedule and I accept that). The MRI techs name is Jonathan and I cant say enough good things about him. He treated me exceptionally well. He told me everything that was going to happen and what I had to do. I also want to say that he was excellent at giving me the injection. I never felt it. I used ear plugs because of the the noise the machine makes, but thats just how these machines are.... They told me my co-pay up front. I have nothing but good things to say about the place, the service, and the employees. I did read a few bad comments that people made and I have to say, while waiting the short amount of time for my turn, there were more than a few impatient and rude patients who came in. Also the building was not unclean. Everything, including the bathroom was acceptable. Who cares if sidewalks arent power washed, as one person complained below. You go there for a medical service, not an open house. Oh, I also got a CD of my exam as I was leaving.... this is a well run business with patient satisfaction at the forefront. I know, I worked in a hospital in Maine as a department supervisor. This company does everything according to the rules and I noticed the have American College of Radiology Accreditation. Ask your hospital if they have that next time you visit a hospital. Most will say they do not have it. The hospital I worked in did have it because we cared, too.

The exterior of the building was filthy. The building looked run down. The parking lot and sidewalks havent been pressured washed in ages. The interior had a packed waiting room and paper notes and signs posted everywhere. Not very tidy. The women behind the desk wasnt rude but did have a bit of an attitude. I told her I needed my x-rays and she refused to give them to me claiming that they can only send it to the referring physician. Once I was in the x-ray area it too was deteriorating. Light bulbs were out and others flickering. Doors had broken hinges. The equipment was old compared to other machines I have encountered. My doctor said they did not give him the x-rays and that I needed to get them from BDI. I called BDI and they said "of course we will give you your x-rays". I was angry because I have to drive 25 minutes to go get them when they should have given them to me while I was there. Not a good experience at all.

I checked in for my yearly mamo. The print out they gave me showed I was 15 years younger than I am by birth date and my last exam was done in Jamaica , I have never been overseas at all . I complained and ask for the manager. I waited for 20 minutes while listening to her talk to another assistant about her nails. The front office clerk reminded her and I heard her say "she can wait". I left and I am not even sure my results are "my results" at all. Then they called and said the bill they sent me was returned and ask if I moved. Ive not moved. So she emailed it. There were two different addresses blending into one and two apartment numbers in the address . The bill was incorrect as well I called to tell them they billed the wrong insurance , that is not my insurance at all. The girl was very rude . She said she would call me back "IF THEY SEE A PROBLEM". Dont use them.... thats all I can offer here. UNPROFESSIONAL !!!

I have never posted a review before... but I had to for this center. Do NOT go here. My elderly grandma needed an MRI and a mammogram done. The appointment was at 9:30. They told us to arrive by 9 to fill out paperwork. We got there at 9. The rude front desk lady told us that we needed to bring the past mammogram reports and they cant do a mammogram today without it. We were never told this. Then at 10 she tells us that the machine for the MRI isnt working and theyre trying to fix it. At 10:20 i asked how much longer. She said they were still trying to fix it and we can either reschedule or wait. She never once apologized or even looked a little bit sympathetic. I dont care if people are rude to me or if they dont apologize... but my grandma did not need to have her time wasted. The people that work here need to take some lessons on etiquette and empathy. Very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Find another company to handle the important task of MRIs and mammograms. They are rude, not compassionate, and lie about their costs. They say it will take an hour and 2.5 hours later.... The radiologist suggested an MRI after a mammo and an ultrasound. It took 2 weeks to have the appt scheduled and I get a call the day before my appt to tell me it is $682 out of pocket for deductible. When I said I dont have that, she offered self pay of $250. When I arrived at 7:40am for my appt, the lady at front desk says I owe $500. I explained I was told a different $$ out of pocket, she wouldnt offer a payment plan or any assistance on self pay, either. $500 only. I dont feel they are honest. Go to a company who cares about you.
