I am a high risk pregnant woman. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and STILL have not had any blood work, a glucose test, zero labs, nothing. The doctor, who told me she would be delivering my baby, just up and left the office one day and I was scheduled with a different doctor for my next appointment, without any notice whatsoever. I prefer female doctors and of course the put me with a male. So next, I was scheduled a whole 2 hours early to come in before my appointment to get my labs done, finally, at 6 months pregnant. I get there and someone had messed up the paperwork for the lab, where it ended up saying all I needed was a urine test. Which I do EVERYTIME Im there anyways. I have been experiencing signs of gestational diabetes, as well as my anemia coming back and I STILL have not received any testing for this. Im suffering every day. So while Im waiting hours to be seen, after this huge mistake, made by a negligent staff, Im dying of thirst. A side effect of the anemia and diabetes. And dangerous while pregnant to be dehydrated. I asked the girls behind the desk if there was anyway they could fill up my water bottle just a little bit, and they said I would have to go walk down the plaza to another office to get water... Im already extremely out of breathe and struggling (another side effect) and there was no way I could take on anymore physical work in this condition. So they just sit behind the glass and watch me suffer for another hour until the ultrasound technician called me into the room. Which no one informed me thats what I was there for, so my fiancé missed our first 3D ultrasound. The ultrasound technician was the only great staff member I have experienced there. Extremely sweet, kind, educated, and was extremely concerned and attentive to my obvious condition. She went in the back and got me some water. Apparently there was water back there, but that was too much to ask the front desk girls, while they screwed around and gossiped. For a pregnant woman, in need, at my effing doctors office. The girls at the from desk dont care at all about patients nor pregnant ones. Its awful. Im not even finished yet. Im supposed to be seen every two weeks, since Im officially getting close to delivering, yet whenever I call to schedule they say they cant get me in until 4 weeks. Every time. If not longer. Mind you I STILL have not received labs. I have never felt so neglected by people who are supposed to be there for you while youre pregnant. Its literally their job. This is my first pregnancy and theyve ruined it for me. If anything is seriously wrong with my body and my baby is being affected, I will absolutely be suing for malpractice. I JUST WANT MY SIMPLE TESTS/LABS DONE.

I cant give zero stars, but if it was possible I would. I went to the hoffner location with a 5pm appointment on July 26th for my daughter and that was confirmed the day before by their office. I arrived earlier because I didnt run into traffic that I anticipated. I arrived around 3:45pm. I sat and waited and about 30 mintites later my I was called to the back expecting to be seen in at least 30 minutes. I was waiting in the back room for an hour without anyone saying a single word to me. No expected wait time - nothing. I can out the room and asked how long I would continue waiting and was told their was only 1 doctor. Still no expected wait time and if there was only one doctor they should have scheduled correctly to not have patients waiting an hour plus. I went back to my room assigned and came back out and said that I have been waiting too long and the rude nurse told me "well your appointment was for 515." I told her it was for 5pm and she stated no its 515. Didnt apologize. Showed no empathy. Just told me what my appointment was showing for in the system. I went to my car to retrieve a paper that I needed filled out for my daughters daycare. I went right back into the office and asked if I can at least have the form filled out as its required for a vegan diet for her daycare. She stated she would need to talk to the nurse. I waited in the waiting area as she told me to wait and 30 mintites later they called my daughter to the back again and told me the doctor could not fill out the form because she would need to be seen. I stated fine. Bu then it was 530. She stated I couldnt be seen because a walk in had taken my spot. I asked why they would give a walk in my spot when I never left. The lady at the front stated she was told by the nurse I left even though she was looking at me the whole time. So while I was sitting in the waiting area for her to come back with info on the paper I needed signed the walk in came in and took my appointment time. They are unprofessional and that was their way of being unprofessional because I was being impatient for waiting in a small examination room with 3 children. Im allowed to be impatient. I was there at 345 and left at 530 being told I couldnt be seen. I will be changing my daughters doc and filing a formal complaint on everyone in the office for allowing this unprofessionalism and having zero customer service skills to handle this issue. Be a patient at your own damn risk.

This is the worst medical experience I have ever had. I waited over a month to get an appointment. Mind you I needed the appointment to discuss an antidepressant and a weight loss pill. My appointment was at 10:30 I wasnt seen until 12. Which the wait time does not bother me I know how busy it can get. But the nurse practitioner I saw was completely awful. She didnt introduce herself, didnt hardly speak English. I told her I was on an anxiety medication that was working well but with being diagnosed with clinical depression, bipolar disorder, and non functional anxiety I need an antidepressant also. I had to tell her 5 times that I was already on the anxiety medication and she kept insisting that "she put me BACK on it". She would not even discuss a weight loss aid. And told me 6 times that she needed to do a pregnancy test and a pelvic exam. Really?! Thats kinda the wrong end! The whole time she was there she kept repeating that she needed to give me a well woman exam.

It is unfortunate that every experience I have had with this place has been a headache. I had to go in person two times just to beg them to fax over the correct document and still this has not been done correctly. Today I went at 12:15 and was told that the entire office staff is at lunch until two p.m. Phoning this place is a joke as they give you the run around and transfer you to random extensions. The medical supply company waiting for the documents to be faxed over by the doctor has lost patience as well. Even they have called and received no response. Something needs to be done. The nurse working there is sweet but it seems that her hands are tied. If the doctor does not give her what she needs to fax over than she can not do it. What a shame. Something needs to be done. The one star is given only because it is required for the rating otherwise this place gets 0 stars.
