This place is a complete joke! I had to come here for a Workmans comp injury. I tried to schedule an appointment and she said that I had to just come as a walk-in. When I got there and filled the paperwork out they got me back quickly but once I was in the room it tool almost four hours before we were able to leave. When the doctor came in I explained to him that it was my shoulder that was injured. Once he examined my shoulder and found where the pain was he made me get up and he look at my spine and he told me that I had a curvature to my spine and did and X-ray on that. When the x-ray came back he said that the x-ray was fine and I could leave. I came in there with the SHOULDER x-rays I already got from my primary doctor. He said that I could get a second opinion if I didnt like his answer. Well since I didnt go there for my spine I went to the hospital for a second opinion where I was in and out in less than two hours with a proper diagnosis of a really bad muscle spasm and a referral to a doctor to get it taken care of. The doctor and staff here are very rude! After I left I called to have my medical consent form faxed to me and I had to call her several times and refuse to get off the phone until I received the fax. If you can go anywhere else I strongly recommend it!!!

Asked to come back 2 days after for a TB test reading, after asking at the front desk what time should I come back, they said "anytime" knowing my check up was ending around 4:30 pm. Well I showed up at noon 2 days after, and they told me they cant do my reading because it needs to be done after 4pm. I specifically asked about this 2 days ago. Well, had to come back 4pm, just to wait 45min for the reading. The receptionist asked the reason of my visit, acknowledged and asked me to sign in and wait. Well after 45 min. decided to asked her why was taking to long, just to find out she didnt sign me in. Well had to wait another 10 min to get all of this done. (witch only took about 1 min to get the reading and 2min for the doctor sign it) The staff at this place is a JOKE!!!!

DO NOT COME HERE. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The lady upfront is so rude and has a nasty attitude and treats patients as if they are prisoners. Nasty environment all with nasty attitudes. Its repulsing that somebody can have such a horrible attitude when working in a field that requires you to deal with the general public. If you dont like having to associate with people, dont work in a job that requires you to do so!!! Would not recommend this place to anybody. Save yourself and go to Quest or Labcorp where you can receive positive and NICE service!!

I came here for a work physical. Usually takes 1hr and 30 min tops anywhere else. Spent 5 hrs and constantly having to talk to the receptionist to get seen. The place was empty so they werent busy whatsoever. The doctor is super rude as well. I was out in the examination room while he stepped out to get a fax number and he disappeared. Finally 2 hours later i just walked out. Still no paperwork in hand from physical. This place is an utter joke!

Dont bother making an appointment. They dont stick it any sorta order. Also, they dont have any customer service skills. I called to confirm my appointment at 230 on a Wednesday which is what my appointment reminder card said. The lady said its Thursday at 1. Tried to explain what was on the card and the only response was, well no its not.

Everyone is rude!!! I stood at the desk waiting for a long form for dot the lady comes out the door looks at me the two times she came out and still didnt acknowledge me...finally after 20 mins of waiting they said my report was in storage and will take a day to get out..what a joke this place is!!!

I waited 2 hours to be seen. Not to mention I was in pain. When my name was called, i waited 30 minutes before i asked if anyone was going to view me. They told me that the doctor was on lunch. I understand people must eat, but, you could have asked if i want to reschedule.

Came in for a simple drug test for a job.. took over an hour just to pee in a cup! The lobby was EMPTY, only 2 or 3 people waiting for other things.. the employees move SLOW and spend most of their time talking in a group behind the counter. Go somewhere else if you can!!!
