This is by far the worst clinic ever! I thought the purpose of this was to help osceola employees. Seems to be they provide no care and just prescribe pills for made up diagnosis. I have been here several times and every time I leave asking myself why I bothered. Went in today because Im having issues with the muscles and tendons in the back of my leg. Ive and a lot of problems w my feet so I always inform the doctors or in todays case the nurse practitioner. Noel Perez comes in. I can explain whats going on he looks at my leg doesnt even touch me. Put a glove touches another area. Says hes going to run a test give me pain meds and a cream and then walks out of the room. Never comes back. 15 mins later an assistant comes in with discharging papers. I had to have her bring the nurse back in so he could "explain" what was going on. He comes in completely rude and says I told you already did you not listen? Like wow. I guess hes just so good at his job he doesnt even have to bother actually checking patients!!!

This clinic is always full. They never have availability when theyre most needed. The best part of an urgent care is that they take walk ins, well not in this clinic. The courtesy call after the visit is a joke because if you tell them that youre not feeling better they tell you to call again and make an appointment. Um why not just make the appointment while Im on the phone with you? Noel has given me and a family member the wrong diagnosis on several occasions. I dont know why hes still there. I only keep going there because I dont have the money to pay the hospital or a clinic every time I get sick. I get sick a lot. The doctor is almost never available so you mostly see the nurse practitioners. This clinic is not even close to the picture they painted for us. On the plus side I hear the physical therapists are awesome at what they do.

They had me waiting for too long. Then I waited even longer because they forgot about me. The doctor told me to wait in the room after I was seen, I waited about 30 more minutes for a referral and if it wasnt because I came out of the room to see y Im still there, they told me they thought I left mean while they still had my papers. How can they think I left when they still have the patients paper with them and after telling me to wait inside the room??

Just visited for an annual physical exam. I had fast and thorough experience. My labs were done on the spot despite no prior appointment for labs. Staff is professional and courteous. Good service for teachers.

Waited over 35 minutes just to have the doctor call me fat and that I need to lose weight! First and last time Ill be coming back!!!!!

Would not see me because I booked online for a 20 minute visit and mine would take 40 minutes. Waiting room had only 2 people.
