Cant believe no one has reviewed this great practice yet. I have been seeing a therapist there for a year. He has been an absolute life saver for me. UPDATE August 2015 Used to be a great place - has been taken over by a large company - the place has totally lost its warmth - support staff keeps changing -billing is HORRENDOUS - bordering on out and out thievery - but I think its really just blatant incompetence - difficult to reach anyone on the phone - a very different place now than when I first started going. - the great therapists are still great - but if you dont have one yet - Id look elsewhere so you dont have to deal with CMPS -

The doctor herself was fine and they seemed nice the first time I came, but do not ever expect them to answer their phones. I called this office after they canceled my appointment to make new appt. And I have yet to get them on the phone. I have called over 8 times 4 of which I left a message 1 I got a called back but they called later in the day and I was trying to get my newborn to nap so I called back ten min later no answer again. They need to fire every single one of their office workers. Apparently they do not know how to do their job.

absolutly terrible service , and how many years have these people gone to school, such as Ms muller ( who apprently is the one who evaluates you,to learn to be empathic, when all the are really concerned with is not your mental stability , but you FORM OF PAYMENT. I think I would worn you About Ms Mullers talents to begin with she has none, and need to go back to school to learn empthy, is stressful situations, do not go to this place all they are concerned with is FORM OF PAYMENT. NOT YOUR MENTAL STABILITY.

Awful. Have left 3 messages to try to make an appointment, nobody has ever called me back. Office staff rarely answers the phone, and when they do theyll tell you the reason they dont call back is an excuse about Comcast. Ridiculous. I would imagine that most people calling a Psych doctor need help rather quickly, and arent in a position to wait several days just to schedule an appt. If you need immediate help, dont bother calling this place.

Patricia Lewis Slayton is one of the best therapists in Saint Augustine. She went out of her way to save my life when I was (I still am sort of) battling Anorexia Nervosa. She got me into a facility the day that I saw her. She made all the phone calls and got me the help I needed and even offered to come by and feed my cats while I was inpatient. I cant thank her enough. Best therapist i town by far.

The doctors themselves are pretty great but getting ahold of the staff at the front desk is nearly impossible. I received the bill that was different than what I told it was going to be Ive been calling them for 2 weeks straight and no one ever called me back Im still trying to hunt them down its really a shame.

Dr. Caceres is fine, but this business as a whole is terrible. They are impossible to get in touch with. I have been calling for two days now and no one is calling me back. I always have trouble getting hold of anyone there whether its a receptionist to make an appointment or the medical assistant for anything.

Caring doctors that actually listen and understand instead of overbooking and spending 5 minutes like most places. My doctor is by far one of the best physicians I have seen. I highly recommend this organization.

Cannot get a call back, which I find to be irresponsible. If this practice is unable or unwilling to communicate with potential patients, it should be made clear via the answering machine.
